I stayed here whilst attending a conference at The Broadmoor. What an oasis of calm it was. Seamless check in - especially welcome after the drive from Denver from a late BA flight. Really comfortable and well stocked with coffee etc. Great washing facilities so that I am now travelling home in clean clothes . Great tv options. Everything perfect. I will be back!

John and Christy are wonderful hosts to work with, undoubtedly, we will continue to be repeat visitors. This property was so adorable and cozy, just as described, which is exactly what we were looking for. Bathroom supplies and kitchen utensils were perfectly stocked for use. We didn't get to use the washer/dryer, but we will find it valuable on our next visit. Lastly, the location was great, the property is so well manicured and quiet. We had a wonderful visit with our son during Parents Weekend at USAFA.

Great overall experience. Recommend bring extra towels. Would have liked to have a smart TV to watch movies but we did have cable which was nice so we could watch the NBA finals Host was always available for questions. Thank you cozy cottage for making our stay enjoyable

The house was fine for the 4 of us for 3 nights. It was located great for eating out, stores and sightseeing.The bedrooms were smaller than expected.Several light bulbs were burned out or missing including the bedroom closet and above the kitchen sink.

Christy is a great communicator and answered a lot of my questions before we arrived. In the cottage we also found a three ring binder full of thoughtful suggestions on shopping, restaurants, sightseeing and how to best spend your time in and around Colorado Springs. There is so much beautiful scenery here and so many fun things to do, I am already planning a repeat visit. On this trip I came with my cousin and we found the two bedrooms with one bathroom perfect for our needs. The kitchen is large with an oven, a gas stove top including a grill plate, a huge microwave and amply stocked with everything you need from cooking to baking with many spices included. There is a large refrigerator and freezer. We appreciated the varied selection of cups, glasses, plates, bowls and cutlery. The living area and bedrooms are comfortable and the bathroom is fresh and updated. We found the neighborhood charming and quiet. I highly recommend this property.

Great Location

This property is a great property for large and small groups. We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. Very easy to see the sites very close to us--Garden of the Gods, The Broadmore, even Manitou Springs was just a few miles away. Comfortable place with great amenities.

USAFA-Parents’ Weekend

Great place for my wife and daughter and me. Close by to many shopping stores and restaurants. kitchen was well stocked, which was great as we did some home cooking.
