It is with pleasure that we will welcome you in a splendid villa of 90 m2 on landscaped grounds of 1500 m2 located in the heart of Provence, in a peaceful and relaxing place with a spacious semi-shaded terrace and private pool.

Located in the commune of Puy-Sainte-Réparade, privileged site; 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, 5 minutes from the Regional Natural Park of Luberon, 40 minutes from the beaches of Marseille and its creeks, 30 minutes from the Massif des Apilles, 45 minutes from the fountain of Vaucluse and the Alps.

The villa has 3 bedrooms with 2 beds and dressing rooms (including 1 bedroom with private bathroom), possibility of adding a cot, bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate toilet, fitted kitchen completely new including dishwasher and washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, American fridge, kettle and toaster.
A beautiful bright living room with views, with a coffee table, a large TV, a coffee table and a sofa bed that can sleep 2 adults.

Tranquility and calm guaranteed.
Housing with reversible air conditioning and equipped with free WI-FI.
Each room is equipped with a TV.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine avec nos filles début août. Belle terrasse avec belle piscine et petite vue sympa pour admirer le coucher de soleil. Maison très propre. Propriétaires très à l'écoute et vraiment réactifs durant notre séjour.

Nous avons passés 2 semaines de vacances en famille avec enfants et bébé au Puy dans le logement de Mr et Mme Arniaud . Propriétaires très disponibles et sympathiques ! Belles balades à proximité , détente au bord de la piscine , barbecue ... N’hésitez pas pour des vacances reposantes hors de la foule des stations balnéaires et sous les cigales du Luberon.

Superbes vacances!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa toute neuve en Provence. Il y a tout pour que les vacances se déroulent sans soucis. Les propriétaires habitent à côté et sont vraiment des gens très sympathiques qui s inquiètent de savoir si vous ne manquez de rien. Ils sont adorables. Très bonne adresse. À louer sans hésitation!
