Wohlfühl-Rückzugsort

Das Haus ist wunderschön, wenn auch teilweise die Zeit ihre Spuren hinterlassen hat und da und dort ein bisschen Renovationsbedarf besteht (Poolplättchen fallen raus, usw.). Dennoch ist es auf jeden Fall eine wunderbare Oase des Rückzugs, wo man in Privatsphäre und mit grandiosem Ausblick aufs Meer, seine Ferien verbringen kann. Ein Auto ist nötig um zu den Stränden zu kommen.

Ein großes Haus in toller Umgebung

Für unsere Sommerurlaub waren wir in diesem Jahr 14 Tage Gast in der Villa im Gebiet Balcon al Mar in Javea. Die Buchung, Bestätigung und Zahlung waren problemlos, die Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter funktionierte einwandfrei (Messenger). Der Check-In erfolgte mit einem deponierten Schlüssel, es erfolgte keine gesonderte Einweisung, bei Fragen waren die Vermieter aber immer kurzfristig zu erreichen. Neben den im Inserat angegebenen Räumlichkeiten, war gerade bei hohen Temperaturen die abschließbare Einzelgarage direkt am Haus ein großer Vorteil. Von der Terasse, aber auch aus verschiedenen Räumen gibt es einen tollen Blick nach Süden über das Wohngebiet bis zum Mittelmeer. Die Klimatisierung gerade in den Schlafräumen funktionierte einwandfrei; ebenfalls der Wohn- und Essbereich ist klimatisiert. Grundsätzlich ist das Haus komplett und funktionell eingerichtet. Mobiliar, Dekoration, Einrichtungsgegenstände, Geschirr und Besteck sind etwas zusammengewürfelt und in die Jahre gekommen, hier dürfte einmal grundsätzlich ausgetauscht und modernisiert werden um alles noch etwas attraktiver zu gestalten. Einziger Abstrich bei einem sonst tollen Aufenthalt: als wahrscheinlich erste Gäste der Saison fanden wir den Pool ungereingt vor (trübes Wasser, Algenansatz), dies trübte etwas die Freude. Der Vermieter zeigte sich aber bemüht und behandelte nach unserem Hinweis mehrfach das Wasser, so dass gegen Ende des Aufenthalts der Pool nahezu klar war.

Falta de mantenimiento

Hemos podido disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones en la casa con un par de "peros" que nos incomodaban: En la piscina las hamacas y las 2 sombrillas tenían roturas, fue incómodo. A nuestra llegada había trozos rotos de piezas de las hamacas en el suelo. En la cocina el frigorífico era demasiado pequeño y estaba lleno de hielo por las paredes. Además, la puerta del horno no estaba fijada y se desprendió al intentar abrirlo, también se salieron los mandos de la cocina y se nos soltó el tubo del gas, menudo susto... El baño de la planta baja tiene las baldosas del suelo sueltas, se mueven y resuenan
