About this property

Deluxe duplex villa Javea

This is a duplex Villa suitable for 8 people. The upstairs accomodation is fully equipped with a spacious lounge, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and fully fitted kitchen

The downstairs appartment is similarly equiped except that there is a double bedroom and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

The villa is located in Balcon Al Mar
kms from the main beach at Arenal, Javea.

There are 3 other smaller beaches close by.

There are 2 restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance and dozens of good restaurants close by in Javea.

We have a superb 8 x 4 x2 metre pool that has a heater for the cooler months and a heated shower close to the pool along with a barbecue.

There is a separate games room with a snooker table, dart board and retro juke box.

We have provide bedding and towels along with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

There are 3 large garden areas where you can relax on the chairs and lounges which we provide. We have 3 outside tables for al fresco dining which includes a table that extends for 8 people.

We have TV's upstairs and downstairs and a good wi fi service


Please note that we do not accept groups of young people

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Marylin et Barry. La maison était totalement conforme à la description, marylin et barry ainsi que sue etaient totalement disponible pour répondre à nos questions, et un +++ pour le pack de bienvenu. Le seul petit hic était les fourmis mais ce n est qu un tout petit désagrément. Nous avons passés d excellente vacances dans cette maison, un grand merci !!!

Mal en líneas generales, 😕 no funcionaban luces piscina como se veía en la foto, villa para no fumadores con ceniceros repletos de colillas, se presentaron una hora y media antes de nuestra salida las chicas de limpieza indicándonos que debíamos dejar ya la casa. Y por último me deje unos calzoncillos y unos pantalones cortos encima con dinero en bolsillo, les llamé para que por favor me los enviaran y contestación solo encontraron unos calzoncillos y los tiraron. Solo decir que los propietarios se ven buena gente y se preocupan pero lo dejan en manos de ciertas personas que no lo gestionan nada bien. Para no repetir y he alquilado varias casas vacaciones. SALUDOS.

We are sorry about the pool lights that were working when we spent a week preparing the Villa for our first guests that arrived at the beginning of July. Someone may have left them on all day and night. When Jose reported them we called a company to fix them but we had to wait 4 days including the weekend to get them fixed.Checkout is at 10am and on that day the cleaners had to prepare the villa for the next guests who messaged us to say that they were arriving early at 1pm so the cleaners were on a time hook. I will talk to the Cleaners about the missing items that were left behind when we visit next week. Jose and his guests were polite and left the villa clean and tidy.We are sorry about the cigarette butts. We have a no smoking policy and weren't aware that any of our guests were smoking. We will install Non Smoking signs for next year.
