T2 apartment facing south with sea view, is located on the 1st floor of a residence of 2 floors.
The fully renovated apartment, with a contemporary and neat decoration, has a terrace facing south and equipped with deckchairs.
The double exposure East and South makes the apartment very bright throughout the day.
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...
The kitchen is open to dining / living room (with TV and sofa)
A room with bed of 140x190 and tidying up.
A bathroom with shower, hair dryer, washing machine and towel radiator
A separate toilet
Ideally located, a few meters from the beach without having to cross street, close to tennis, 1500m from the thalasso and the yacht club, restaurants, cinema; the Super U is 400m away, the car can stay in the car park!
A few minutes by bike from Trinité sur mer (bike path), 10 minutes from Auray, 20 minutes from Quiberon, 30 minutes from Vannes and Lorient.

L'appartement est très lumineux et à proximité immédiate de la mer. Il est également très bien équipé, et la décoration très sympa. La vue mer depuis la pièce de vie est vrai luxe, le décor variant avec les marées et le temps. Nous avons passé un super séjour.
