CHALET ETERLOU MANIGOD
Chalet just out of a complete renovation. The cottage is located at the start of many hikes just outside the town of Manigod, ideally located 0. 8 km from the village, opportunities to walk down a small path where you will find a bakery, bar restaurant, souvenirs, to 0. 5 free shuttles for MERDASSIER stations where you can rent your ATV equipment etc. see the website Val Sport, a bakery and a DAB, a swimming pool. 4km from LA CLUSAZ, and 4 km from THONES typical village of Aravis with swimming pool, restaurants, supermarket, etc.
The housing is appreciated for its calm 2500 m2 of ground as well as its exceptional sight on the whole chain of ARAVIS while being close to the stations, the lake of ANNECY 30 km.

Composition:

On the ground floor a garage to store all your equipment, a shower room toilet, an internal staircase through which you will join the living space of the cottage.

1 large room of 45 m2 with fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sitting area with TV, glass fireplace (firewood is included in the rental) .1 bathroom with a large shower, double washbasin. Independent toilet. 1 room with bed of 140.

Upstairs a small TV reading area, 2 bedrooms with 140 bed and 1 bedroom 2 beds of 90.

Outside, a very large panoramic terrace facing south equipped will allow you to have lunch outside, or enjoy an aperitif while the sun sets behind the mountains.

Une vue absolument magnifique depuis le chalet, dans un environnement calme et préservé. La vue est tout simplement à couper le souffle ! L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter des stations de Manigod et La Clusaz ainsi que des environs.

La vue est effectivement exceptionnelle. L'endroit est calme et bien placé pour randonner ou profiter des belles piscines des stations voisines. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux, le chalet est très bien équipé, nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour et recommandons vivement cette location. Merci encore à nos hôtes pour tout !

Hôtes très accueillants, superbe chalet rénové et bien équipé. On a même pu emprunter des luges et faire un barbecue! Le séchoir à chaussures de ski a bien servi.

Superbe vue

Chalet très bien situé avec une superbe vue. Nous avons déjeuné tous les jours sur la terrasse. Chalet très agréable « comme à la maison ». Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, à l’écoute et très serviables. Superbes vacances.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce beau chalet où l'on se sent comme à la maison. France et Richard ont à cœur que leurs hôtes se sentent bien. Nous avons été accueillis avec une gentillesse et une générosité rares. Le chalet est impeccable et très bien équipé. Le beau temps était au rendez-vous pour de belles balades en familles. Uitstekend verblijf

Het huis heeft een perfecte ligging en de gastheren zorgen ervoor dat alles in orde is voor een uitstekend verblijf. Het zicht op de bergen is adembenemend en de locatie leent er zich volledig toe om tot rust te komen. We zouden zeker willen terugkeren.

Bonsoir Dorien et Tom Merci beaucoup pour votre évaluation. Je suis montée au Pré à l'ours voir si je retrouvais la pochette avec le smartphone et l'appareil photo mais comme je ne sais pas exactement où Dorien est tombée je n'ai rien trouvé. Si vous pouvez m'expliquer plus en détail où vous avez perdu la pochette et positionner un drapeau sur ggogle maps pour m'aider, je retournerai voir si des fois je trouve quelque chose. J'ai envoyé un mail à la mairie et à l'office du tourisme si des fois quelqu'un leur rapporte la pochette ils me contacteront. J'ai également diffusé un mot sur facebook sur un groupe de personnes des Aravis on ne sait jamais. Cordialement. France

Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique chalet très bien équipé et situé avec des hôtes au top !

Excellent séjour passé dans le châlet ! Logement très propre, très bien équipé et très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Les 2 salles de bains et le garage sont très appréciables lorsque l'on est 6 ou plus. Le chalet est idéalement situé, au calme dans les montagnes et proche du bourg de Manigod avec les principales commodités. Des hôtes au top, disponibles et très gentils. Je ne peux que vous recommander vivement ce logement pour passer d'excellentes vacances !
