Your dedicated Property Host will reach out 7 days prior to arrival with directions and check-in details. Property access codes will be sent the day of arrival.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh and linen change is included as part of your booking. Linen is changed, beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected.

For stays of fewer than 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Please note: The HOA no longer permits gas grills at this property, so the grill has been removed.

This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $3,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.
