THE HOUSE:<br>The 53-square-meter apartment is located in the "La Collinetta" residence, in Li Cucutti, a hamlet of Agrustos. Renovated in 2015, the apartment consists of:<br>• A living room with a kitchenette: a spacious and bright room (with a window and French doors) featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, as well as a comfortable double sofa bed, a large closet, a TV, and air conditioning;<br>• Double bedroom with a large closet and window;<br>• Bedroom with two single beds, a closet, and a window;<br>• Bathroom with a shower stall and washing machine<br><br>PLEASE NOTE: Towels and sheets are not included but can be rented on-site directly from the person in charge of check-in.<br><br>The living room opens directly onto the private 22-square-meter courtyard with a canopy, where you’ll find a second table with chairs, a barbecue (equipped with cooking accessories), and a convenient outdoor shower.<br><br>The gate leads to the residence’s driveway, at the end of which you can park your car (unattended area).<br><br>THE SURROUNDINGS:<br>The apartment is located along the eastern coast of Sardinia, in the Gallura region. The residence is surrounded by nature, and this prime location offers remarkable scenery. <br>The beach is right in front of the residence (less than 100 metres away), but the complex is also bordered by the Li Cucutti pine forest, and the pond of the same name—home to pink flamingos—is just a few minutes’ walk away. <br>A 500-meter walk along the beach takes you to Cala Ottiolu, renowned for its picturesque marina.<br><br>LOCATION:<br>The apartment is located 1 km from Budoni and about 5 km from San Teodoro; the port of Olbia is just a 20-minute drive away.<br>Budoni, Porto Ottiolu, and San Teodoro are tourist destinations and towns that offer everything you need (sports activities, nightlife, pharmacies, banks, a post office, supermarkets, and emergency medical services).<br>During the summer, a free shuttle service is available, provided by the Municipality of Budoni, but we recommend that our guests have their own transport to get around more easily.

Die Wohnung war gut mit einigen Mängeln. Das Bad war sehr klein und zudem stank der Abfluss vom Waschbecken erheblich. Wir haben alles zugestopft, damit man im Bad atmen konnte. Die Geschirrausstattung könnte mal überarbeitet, bzw. kontrolliert werden. Teller hatten einen Sprung, das Besteck rostete zum Teil, Frühstücksteller gab es nicht und die Kaffeetassen waren mal Werbegeschenke von Lindt. Die Töpfe waren zerkratzt und ohne Deckel. Wir als Deutsche sind Filterkaffeetrinker und hätten uns zumindest einen Wasserkocher gewünscht. Den hatten wir dann dabei.Was mich ein wenig an Jugendherberge erinnerte, man musste, obwohl die Bettwäsche mit Handtücher teuer erkauft waren, selber beziehen. Handtuchpakete für die 2. Woche hätte man auch noch kaufen müssen. Fand für eine Woche, für 2 Personen mit 50 schon sehr teuer. Wir hatten dann noch Handtücher dabei. Wir hatten trotz allem einen schönen Urlaub. Danke auch an Giovanna, die uns half, den Sicherungskasten nach einem Stromausfall zu finden.

Petite maison bien équipée à 5 minutes de la plage. A un peu moins de 2km se trouve Port Ottiolu avec ses commerces et ses restaurants. C'est une petite station balnéaire sympathique. Petit bémol : une partie de la route pour accéder au logement (200m environ) n'est pas goudronnée et la position Google maps n'est pas suffisante pour arriver directement au logement. Il faudrait un plan ainsi que le numero de l'allée et le nom de la maison, ceci faciliterait l'arrivée.

Bella struttura in posizione perfetta per visitare comodamente tutte le spiagge delle zone limitrofe.In mezz'ora di auto si possono raggiungere tutte le spiagge da Capo coda cavallo fino a Capo Comino, passando da San Teodoro, Budoni e Posada.Molto bella anche la spiaggetta e la pineta a 100 metri dalla casa.Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, sempre disponibili sia il proprietario che la gent.ma Sig.ra Giovanna.Veranda godibilissima.Il bagno necessita di qualche piccola risistemazioneSoggiorno assolutamente consigliato

Presque parfait!!!!

Bon emplacement,propreté ok.hote sympathique et arrangeant.Le seul bémol ce sont les draps et necessaire de toilette qui sont a louer ( Très chers) et pas indiqué dans l annonce de départ.

Vicino al mare

Devi solo attraversare il parcheggio su terreno sterrato. Comodissimo. Complesso di case molto carino e caratteristico. Tre tipi di spiagge diverse in meno di 1 km a piedi. Bellissima spiaggia di Porto Ottiolu. Serve la macchina per andare in paese. Sig Ra Giovanna molto disponibile. Casa completa davvero di tutto anche di zanzariere e sdraio. Consigliato!

Localisation pratique pour famille aimant la plage

À l’arrivée tout sentait l’eau de javel mais la propreté laissait à désirer. Discothèque et clubs alentours car c’est une station balnéaire. La plage et la pinède à côté de la maison sont appréciables. La propriétaire propose une location de draps qui est très chère et peu qualitative. (4 personnes 3 draps de bain et une série de micro serviettes) pas de torchon à disposition.

Punto d'appoggio perfetto per il nord est della Sardegna

Ottima vacanza , struttura corrispondente all'annuncio, mare raggiungibile a piedi senza attraversare strade, porto Ottiolu dista 15 minuti a piedi attraverso la spiaggia e 3 minuti in macchina . Negozi per acquisti a 5 minuti di macchina . Complessa la gestione dei rifiuti non tanto nell'alloggio ma ovunque nella zona visitata per la mancanza di cestini pubblici di raccolta . La struttura è il punto di appoggio ideale per visitare l'area compresa fra Cala Gonone e porto Cervo , una grandissima scelta di spiagge e calette e l'isola di Tavolara il mare di fronte alla casa è molto pulito la spiaggia è pulita ma invasa dalla posidonia . Soggiorno consigliato .

Tolle Lage der Fewo

Wir haben einnen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Fewo hat eine tolle Lage mit direktem Strandzugang. Die wunderbaren Strände von Budoni und La Cinta sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Reperatur der defekten Klimaanlage wurde sofort erledigt! Leider ist das Badezimmer etwas klein und die Dusche undicht ...., aber dies ist das einzige Manko an der Wohnung.

Soggiorno Agrustos

La casa corrisponde a tutte le descrizioni/foto inviate. Perfetta come punto di partenza per le tantissime (e molto belle) spiagge della zona. La Cinta dista pochi minuti d'auto, alcune molto vicine hanno anche il parcheggio libero. Non usando la macchina si può tranquillamente scendere a piedi al mare, un po' meno bello di altre spiagge per la presenza di posidonia e la spiaggia con sabbia leggermente più granulosa (ma non fastidiosa), ma cmq si fa il bagno tranquillamente e il mare che si trova proprio davanti è molto limpido. La casa è funzionale in tutto, frigo eccezionale, qualche piccola miglioria si potrebbe fare tipo l'aria condizionata ma cmq non mancano le comodità. Bellissimo l'esterno, pratico e coperto, annesso un barbecue portatile. La signora Loredana è di una disponibilità infinita, anche se l'abbiamo contattata ma mai vista, al suo posto c'è la signora Giovanna, una "sagoma", davvero empatica e immediata in tutte le richieste, le dò un dieci e lode. Insomma, bel posto, belle spiagge, bella località, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Molto relax

Appartamento situato in un ottima posizione, in pochi minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia di pt ottiolu, si ha anche una spiaggia sotto casa. La casa dispone di tutte le necessità, cucina completa di tutto. Unica pecca la doccia un pochino piccola. Per il resto molto rilassante il tutto.

Una meravigliosa vacanza

Casa pulitissima ed accogliente situata in una posizione strategica, vicinissimo alla tranquilla spiaggia dalle Acque cristalline di Li Cucutti e dalla spiaggia di Porto Ottiolu caratterizzata da acque "caraibiche". Ci siamo trovati veramente bene consiglio questa struttura

Vacanza rilassante!

L'appartamento è all'interno di un complesso di appartamenti ma ha comunque la sua entrata indipendente. Spiaggia di Li cucutti molto vicina (circa 50 mt.), posto molto tranquillo e fuori dal caos anche se il centro di Budoni si raggiunge in 5 minuti di macchina. Unico neo la doccia un pochino stretta, ma tutto il resto compensa alla grande! Gentilissima la signora Giovanna che ci ha accolto!

Sehr schön, aber....

Die ruhige Lage nahe am Meer ist traumhaft, allerdings ist man zumindest für die An- und Abreise auf das Auto angewiesen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings fehlen zBsp Weingläser und eine Käsereibe, und das in Italien ! Die defekte Sonnenstore vor dem Haus hat uns im Oktober nicht groß gestört, dem schalen Geruch aus dem fensterlosen Badezimmer war auch in zwei Wochen nicht beizukommen. Übernahme und Abgabe der Wohnung erfolgten unkompliziert, sehr nett und pünktlich. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Alles was man braucht!

Super Ferienwohnung,mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Für die Anreise ist allerdings unbedingt ein Auto notwendig, es sei denn man reist nur mit Handgepäck. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit dort und kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder.

Posto incantevole

Un bell’appartamento a due passi dal mare. Ho passato una splendida settimana insieme alla mia famiglia, siamo in 5 e siamo stati decisamente comodi. Non c’è molta vita intorno (che per me è un plus!), ma Porto Ottiolu è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. Casa molto pulita, con ogni confort (tv, aria condizionata) ed una spaziosa veranda con doccia. 5 stelle!

Traumhafte Lage!

Wir hatten vier tolle Übernachtungen in dem Appartement. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich top und die Lage ein Traum. Wir konnten richtig ausspannen.

Relax lontano dalla confusione

L’appartamento si trova in un gruppo di casette in un posticino veramente tranquillo, lontano dal caos, vicino al mare e devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è semplice, non manca nulla. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata super gentile e disponibile. Direi un’ottima esperienza.
