Welcome to the Ark of Pézenas

Character house (Furnished tourist accommodation 4 ****) with swimming pool in the historic center of Pézenas.
Former winery brought up to date or the history of yesterday and the comfort of today combine.

Our charming house can accommodate up to 8 people (4 bedrooms). Flooded with light, it ensures calm and tranquility. Its friendly sunny terraces welcome you from breakfast, when its chic heated swimming pool invites you to relax in any season.

The whole house is air conditioned (individually adjustable per room)
All linens are provided (including towels and tea towels) beds are made upon arrival.

Slide the gate and you will immediately take advantage of the shops, entertainment, market, museums and the nearby countryside on foot.


Ground floor: entrance with WC and dressing room, 1 living room, lounge, dining room of around 80m2, adjoining 1 large fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs: 1 master suite with its large dressing room 1 double bed of 180 and its bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 160 bed and their dressing room, 1 bedroom with 2 x 80 beds (possibility of 1 160 bed), 1 bathroom shower, 1 WC.

Outside: 1 heated 3x6 swimming pool (from May to October) with secure electric shutters, 1 terrace with table and chairs for 8 people, 1 garden furniture, 1 gas plancha, possibility of parking for 2 vehicles.

Do you want to have a good time and stay for a weekend or a few weeks in a historic and picturesque town in the south of France? Pézenas is a very good choice offering many advantages in all seasons.

Useful information:
The arrival time will be from 4:00 p.m., and the departure should be no later than 11:00 a.m. For your arrival, you will receive a personal welcome, which will allow us to give you your keys for the stay, and to answer any questions you may have.

Upon arrival, a deposit of € 1000 will be required in the event that damage should be caused. Upon departure, if there has been no damage, we will return your deposit.

This is a wonderful property set within 100 meters or so from the main street in Pezenas with all the bars and restaurants. Pezenas is a great place with a good vibe but not too busy. You are close to a lot of places. The property was clean and had a wonderful pool. We felt that we were in the middle of a historic town, but with our own private place. A few people have mentioned the parking, but we had no problem parking an SUV, it is just better to reverse in. Would we stay again...YES

Je dénonce un propriétaire malhonnête. Nous avons contracté le covid quelques jours avant le début de la location. Nous avons pris contact pour trouver un alternative et on nous a assuré que l'on pourrait reporter la location. Promesse qui n'a pas été tenue puisque nous avons été débités et qu'on nous refuse maintenant de reporter. 1500€ volés sans aucun recours.

Bonjour, Nous avons répondu à votre demande de modification du 28 décembre le 29 décembre 2021. Ce message stipulait que malheureusement nous ne pouvions pas modifier votre réservation (voir sur messagerie Abritel nos correspondances). Lors du premier confinement en 2020, nous avons remboursé nos hôtes ne pouvant venir suite au couvre-feu et à la situation sanitaire qui était nouvelle pour nous tous. Depuis, nous sommes au cinquième variant ce qui nous a laissé à tous les moyens de nous organiser au mieux pour ne plus subir. Nous avons également assoupli nos délais de rétractation à 7 jours ce qui est noté dans notre politique d’annulation que vous avez lu et accepté lors de votre réservation. Nous allons vous rembourser les frais de ménage que nous n’avons pas supporté. Pour le reste, voyez avec vos assurances respectives. Cordialement, Katia

Luxury Villa in Pézenas

Another fantastic villa holiday with Home Away. This villa is a hidden gem, quite literally hidden away 200 metres from this beautiful French town of Pézenas. No expense has been spared by the owners of this villa, a stunning pool bathed in light all day, plenty of shade. Fabulous kitchen and a comfy high end sitting area. A lovely outside patio which we ate at every day. 4 good sized bedrooms and a cellar well stocked with wine!

Très bon contact hôte et agence de location. Veronique est très réactive et aux petits soins. Maison idéalement située au centre de pezenas, superbement bien refaite. La piscine est magnifique. La maison tout confort. Nous recommandons !
