Our 53 m2 house, the largest in this holiday village, is in the heart of a pine forest, facing the golf course, 2 km from the ocean, and 9 km from the lake.
It is classified 2 stars by the Gironde Tourism Organism, for a capacity of 6 people.
She is made of :
-1 bedroom with a 140cm bed, a wardrobe + balcony
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds + shelf + small wardrobe
-1 cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds, designed for children.
-1 bathroom with bath
- 1 bathroom with shower and WC
- 1 more WC upstairs
- 1 fully equipped kitchen: 2-burner induction hob, 1 multifunction oven (microwave, grill, hot air), 1 Senseo coffee maker, 1 dishwasher, 1 refrigerator, 1 freezer.

A laundromat is at your disposal at the reception of the residence.
The house has wi-fi, a television, and board games.
Beds will be made on your arrival, for weekly rentals during the summer holidays.
The house faces south and however remains cool thanks to the surrounding pines (no air conditioning needed!). It offers a full view of the golf courses.
We leave our 4 adult bikes + 1 teen bike on site.
You can enjoy all the benefits of the Residence: beautiful aquatic area including a heated infinity pool, laundry, sports (table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, mini-football), playground, bar-restaurant, rental of bikes.
Sports nearby: golf, tennis, squash, surf and bodyboard (many schools), paddle ... and of course cycling (very beautiful 50 km Bordeaux / Lacanau cycle path, which we recommend for bike lovers!)
Gambling enthusiasts will appreciate the Casino, next door, with its evening shows!
And if you prefer a gentler vacation: Vitalparc thalasso center.
Cleaning charge of € 60 to be paid on site.
We do not accept our animal friends, we are sorry ...

Hygiene / household:
-The whole house will have been bleached and I will be spraying the bedding, curtains, and all over the house with sanitizing spray before your arrival.
-I will leave hand soap and a bottle of hydroalcoholic gel on site.

CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION:
You can subscribe to a cancellation insurance which covers the covid on the website of the cabinet albinet (for example) for an amount of approximately € 60. We will gracefully offer it to you, by offering you the amount of the cleaning, on presentation of your receipt.
In the event of traffic restrictions in France, we will refund the sums paid, because no insurance covers the lockdown.

Grand soin accordé par Kim pour un accueil chaleureux et agréable. La maison est bien positionnée et fraiche, ce qui est agréable par fortes températures. Au choix, la piscine idéale pour s'amuser et entourée de nombreux transats, le lac ou encore l'océan à proximité. Un trÚs agréable séjour pour tous !

Un bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine dans cette maison avec ma femme et notre fille. La residence est bien connectĂ©e au centreville par des pistes cyclables. Idem pour la connection aux plages du lac Moutchic. Elle est aussi Ă  proximitĂ© des courts de tennis de la ville et des deux golfs. Nous avons fait tout notre sĂ©jour Ă  vĂ©lo. Sauf pour aller une fois Ă  Mauboussin. La maison elle mĂȘme est conforme Ă  l'annonce. L'espace y est bien optimisĂ© et nous avons bien dormi. La terasse donne sur le golf et sur les pins. L'arrivĂ©e et le dĂ©part se sont faits facilement, et Kim a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs flexible. La communication avec Kim Ă©tait fluide et elle Ă©tait rĂ©active. Nous sommes contents de notre sĂ©jour et nous recommandons cette location.

Charmante maison de vacances Ă  Lacanau

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans la maison de Kim. Nous Ă©tions une famille de 4 personnes avec deux enfants de 2 et 4 ans. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, propre et trĂšs bien situĂ©e dans la rĂ©sidence (Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des jeux pour les enfants et proche de la piscine Ă©galement). Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Kim (les attentions pour les grands et petits Ă  notre arrivĂ©e ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©es !), qui a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs attentive au bon dĂ©roulement de notre sĂ©jour et de bons conseils pour les activitĂ©s aux alentours. GemĂŒtliches, sauberes Eckhaus in Ferienanlage mit Swimmingpool, Sport- und Spielplatz. Velos um an den Strand zu fahren sind gut erhalten, 10-15 Min Velofahrt zum Strand (verschiedene StrĂ€nde etwa gleich weit). Die Ferienanlage liegt auf einem HĂŒgel, ist aber machbar mit Velo. Am See waren wir nie. Zt neu gemachte Velowege durch die PinienwĂ€lder, immer separat vom Autoverkehr. FĂŒr den Einkauf ist ein Auto nötig. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, klappte alles super! Vielen Dank!

Great Vacation Home

We had a very beautiful vacation in Lacanau Ocean. The vacation home was very cozy and thanks to the neighboring pines pleasant cool. The huge Swimming Pool is only 2 minutes to go away. The host is very attentive and available. Thank you very much!

Une super location et l’emplacement parfait pour profiter de Lacanau

famille recomposĂ©e avec 4 enfants dont 3 ados et un p’tit dernier de 3 ans , il fallait trouver la location qui puisse contenter tout le monde, parents compris ! Mission parfaitement remplie au final pour 15 jours passĂ©s qui plus est sous la canicule ! La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs propre et vraiment agrĂ©able avec les foods trucks qui se succĂšdent sur site tout au long de la semaine (top quand on veut s’épargner la cuisine un soir) L’emplacement de l’appartement est topissime. À 50 mĂštres de la super piscine chauffĂ©e, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e en transat (pas la guerre pour en dĂ©gotter
) mais sans les nuisances sonores. À 10 mĂštres de l’aire de jeux des enfants, grande et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La location accolĂ©e sur une seule façade bĂ©nĂ©ficie d’un accĂšs par la porte et par le jardin (pratique pour les vĂ©los). Les arbres qui bordent le jardin permettent de trouver l’ombre Ă  tout heure mĂȘme Ă  midi en dĂ©plaçant la table au besoin de la terrasse (avec parasol) sur l’herbe. Les ados Ă©taient Ă  10 min chrono de l’ocĂ©an et le lac pour le p’tit a 15 min
. La plancha Ă©lectrique a parfaitement rĂ©pondu aux attentes de tout le monde question barbecue. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et franchement nous n’avons pas souffert de la canicule en dormant fenĂȘtres ouvertes malgrĂ© plus de 40 en journĂ©e. L’air marin, les arbres et la vĂ©gĂ©tation nous ont prĂ©servĂ© et enfin aucun moustique tigre Ă  l’horizon ! Bref, un super sĂ©jour avec un super accueil de notre hĂŽte qui avait multipliĂ© les attentions Ă  notre Ă©gards et a rĂ©guliĂšrement pris des nouvelles pour s’assurer que tout se passer bien. Je recommande fortement !

Nous avons passĂ© 11 jours chez Kim avec nos enfants (11 ans, 8 ans et un bĂ©bĂ© de 2 mois). La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs agrĂ©able pour une famille, il y a de nombreuses activitĂ©s Ă  faire aussi bien dans la rĂ©sidence qu’aux alentours. La maison est conforme en tout point Ă  l’annonce. Petite maison trĂšs agrĂ©able idĂ©alement situĂ©e Et avec espace optimisĂ©. Accueil hyper chaleureux de Kim sa propriĂ©taire, qui s’est Ă©galement montrĂ©e trĂšs disponible durant le sĂ©jour. Séjour trÚs agréable. Maison parfaitement située entre lac et océan. TrÚs bien équipé, il ne manque rien (machine À laver n est pas dans la maison mais À l accueuil) La pistes cyclable est directement accessible et des vélos sont mis à disposition par les propriétaires. Propriétaires chaleureux, disponibles et serieux. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à Lacanau !

Hébergement idéal pour la famille dans un village vacances de qualité

Maison agrĂ©able et fonctionnelle, proche de toutes les activitĂ©s (piscine, jeux d’enfants...) dans le village Pierre et Vacances de Lacanau. La rĂ©sidence est calme, bien entretenue et verdoyante. Pour ne rien gĂącher, nĂŽtre hĂŽte Kim, est une personne trĂšs accueillante. Je conseille cet hĂ©bergement sans restriction.
