About this property
Large studio 48m² CLIM
Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our village house.
It consists of a large living room of 36m² with a large, well-equipped American kitchen, as well as a mezzanine of 12m² with a 140x190 sleeping area on one side, and a space separated by curtains with 3 sleeping 90x190 the other.
Our house is at the end of the village, quiet, but only 5 minutes from small shops.
VIDAUBAN is centrally located in the PACA region: 30 km from the first beaches, 50 km from Lac de Ste Croix and the magnificent Gorges du Verdon ...
Only 1 hour from the Giens Peninsula and its Porquerolles Island or Marseille and its superb Calanques de Cassis ...
Come and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Fréjus, Saint Raphaël, Sainte Maxime, Saint Aygulf, Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud, Cavalaire ....
Do you have kids?
The municipal swimming pool is only 10 minutes away on foot!
And... EXCEPTIONAL! VIDAUBAN has a magnificent Leisure Park (400m from the apartment!) with many water games (Waterjump, inflatable structures on the water ...)
