Bonjour Lydia,
Le châlet est conforme à la description, le linge et l'accès à la piscine sont en plus. D'autre part, la piscine n'est pas accessible en juillet et août.
Les toilettes et douche à l'extérieur du châlet et il n'y a pas de cuisine indiquée, nous laissons que quelques couverts, une bouilloire et de quoi vous préparer thé ou café.
Je comprends votre déception, et j'ai bien noté votre hésitation dès votre réservation puisque vous vouliez annuler. Ce qui vous auriez pu tout à fait faire, comme je vous l'ai indiqué sur le site et par SMS.
Je vous ai offert draps et serviettes de toilette, que l'on fait normalement payer.
Le châlet est rustique, le titre de l'annonce reflète bien qu'il est en pleine forêt.
Bonne fin d'été.
