Lucky Strike! Our new and beautifully furnished apartment is located in Windmühlgasse in the center of Vienna. This is the best place to explore Vienna on foot. Most sights are within easy walking distance (10-15 min). Within 5 minutes you can walk 2 metro lines U3 and U4 and thus also in 10 min train station and City Airport Train. Living room with an extendible sofa (130x200), dining area, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with king size bed (180x200), air condition, free WIFI!

Quiet & Good Location; Very Mediocre Kitchen -deceptive pictures; Good Size

6-night stay on our 4th visit to Vienna. Pros: Location close to U4, walk to Karlsplatz, market, shopping streets, restaurants, etc. Quiet, secure, new building; Good size rooms; shower, DW, washer, iron worked well; clothes rack helped dry. Used DW every day since few dishes & flatware. Used laundry and dry rack 4 times in 6 days. “Amenities” salt, pepper, sugar, small paper towel roll, plenty of TP, five DW pellets, 4 laundry pellets (after asking). Small toaster and cutting board. Lots of hangers and shelf space; liquid soap in bathroom but not in shower. Did not use TV or oven. Cons: Pictures are very deceptive especially about the VERY mediocre kitchen with NO Microwave, so no cooking frozen or take-out foods!! No scissors, can opener, corkscrew, potholder; A few pots, one small fry pan; NO large fry pan or tops to the many pans in the photographs. 2-burner and fussy convection stove with no instructions. 5 lg & sm plates, 4 bowls & mugs; 2 dull “sharp” knives, small cutting board, 5 forks, knives & large spoons; ½ fridge with small freezer & no ice tray. NO guest book with instructions for anything! Shower drain completely clogged; had to clean out disgusting years’ collection of hair & dirt using kitchen fork to get to drain. Very lumpy, uncomfortable bed. Toilet not en-suite. Marina slow to respond to VRBO requests - had to send 3 messages asking about supplies and 3 other msgs re getting into apt and using wifi before finally getting a response. Would not stay again
