Apartment on the upper floor of the owners' house, accessible via a separate external staircase and a 45 m² terrace. It comprises: a living room with a sofa bed and an open-plan fitted kitchen, one bedroom (one double bed, one single bed, one extra bed), a hallway (a few steps), and a shower room with WC. There is a shared, unfenced garden. Carport available. Free access to the campsite 100 m away, featuring a 5000 m² pond for fishing and swimming (with a rowboat), playground equipment, a swing set, a slide, a sandpit, and table tennis. A fitness trail in the national forest is 1.5 km away. Mountain bike rentals and function rooms are available on site. Certified "Accueil Vélo et Cheval" (Cyclist and Horse-Friendly). Ecouves Animal Park is 6 km away. If the apartment exceeds the maximum occupancy of 5 people, a supplement of €30 will apply.

Only one pet is allowed.
