Ground floor of a detached house located in La Franqui, near the cliff, terrace upstairs with magnificent sea view. Housing of about 50 m2 completely renovated in 2019, located 200 meters from shops and 700 meters from the beach.
Path to the cliff in front of the house. many activities in the village: windsurfing / kite surfing / sand yachting / paddle / fishing / summer market ...
In July and August weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.
HOUSING
The ground floor of the house has a separate entrance with 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 140/1 single bed). Ability to accommodate a fifth person preferably a toddler.

TV / Ping Pong / Sun loungers / Deckchairs / Hammock and hammock chair / Deck / Electric Grill.
The floor is reserved for the owner who is never present in the house when renting.
Non-smoking accommodation except terrace and outside / pets not allowed. Linens PROVIDED (Sheets, blankets, pillow, bath and tea towels, napkins).
Parking spaces are available on the street and especially in front of the house. Once the car is parked everything is accessible on foot.
