Holiday atmosphere for this house completely renovated with a surface of 60 m² in a wooded garden of 1600 m².
It includes a living room, in which you will find an extendable table that can accommodate 6 seats, a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms (bed 140x200, 2 beds 90x200 separable or not), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom / wc, a terrace covered, 100 m from a forest, 2. 5 km from Lake Navarrosse, less than 2 km from the shops of the center town Biscarosse. Provision of a ping pong table a plancha and a bike for teenager.
Ocean 10 km, bars and restaurants 2 km.
House fully restored since last year, end of works including development end of May 2019.

Charmantes Haus mit wunderbarem Garten - Top!

Schön eingerichtetes Haus mit wunderschönem, grossem Garten. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen eher klein (z.B. auch das Doppelbett mit nur 140 cm Breite), es ist aber sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet im Wohnraum genügend Platz für gemütliche Abende drinnen. Tolle Terrasse mit Gartenmöbel und super Grill. Wunderschöner Garten mit alten Eichen und sehr viel Platz für Spiel und Erholung (z.B. Tischtennistisch, Dart etc.). Bietet nun auch ein schnelles Glasfaser-Wlan (paralleles Streaming war kein Problem). Sehr nette, professionelle Kontakte mit Herrn Watelet (Vermieter) und Nataly (Betreuung vor Ort). Herr Watelet hat z.B. auf unsere Anfrage hin extra ein WLAN installieren lassen - herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gut eingerichtetes, geschmackvolles Haus mit tollem Garten

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles was man sich wünschen kann (außer Wifi) und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderschön und der Besitzer super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist auch toll, Meer mit Wellen zum Surfen und See mit Süßwasser in der Nähe.

Entspannte Sommertage

Dass wir zu Frankreich-Fans geworden sind, hängt sicher auch mit diesem Haus zusammen, unserer Basis-Station, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, bietet jeden Komfort, den man sich im Haushalt wünscht, und steht auf einem verwunschenen alten und sehr weitläufigen Grundstück. Wir reisten mit zwei Jugendlichen, die sich auch gerne mal zurückziehen – in diesem Garten kein Problem! Viel Spaß hatten wir auch mit der Tischtennis-Platte, dem tollen Gas-Grill und der bunten Lichterkette, die quer im Garten hängt. Die Betten sind top, genauso die Dusche im Bad – sagten auch unsere Buben! Fazit: Wir haben uns jeden Tag auf’s „Nach-Hause-Kommen“ gefreut und rundum wohl gefühlt. Einziger Nachteil – vielleicht (?): Man braucht für alle Wege ein Auto. Der Vorteil daran sind jedoch ruhige Tage und Nächte mit einem Sternenhimmel ohne Lichtsmog! Das Objekt ist im Inserat sehr genau beschrieben. Das Haus liegt in einem großen Garten, der sowohl Sonnen- als auch Schattenplätze in reicher Auswahl bietet. Ausreichend Tische, Liegen und Sitzmöbel runden den Außenbereich ab. Das Innere ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Bett mit 140 Breite ist bequem , war uns jedoch zu schmal. Die beiden Betten des zweiten Schlafzimmers haben recht harte Matratzen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Das einzige Manko war für uns das fehlende WLAN. Da das Haus ruhig liegt, konnten wir gut schlafen und haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Séjour très agréable

La maison est bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Le jardin est très agréable : grand, arboré, fleuri et la table de ping-pong est un plus. L'environnement est calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
