This beautiful estate is located at the gates of Audierne (South Finistere), in a natural and authentic region that is Cap-Sizun. The manor house Ménez-Bras is located about 10 minutes from Pointe du Raz and Pointe du Van and 5 minutes from sandy beaches. This area of 16 ha is a place of calm and serenity where beautiful trees grow. Cap-Sizun will reveal its wildness along the coast, its Breton festivals, its port of Audierne, the Medieval city of Pont-Croix, its Aquarium and swimming pool without forgetting its regional products.

Lovely (part) chateau at edge of town

One of several gites incorporated into parts of chateau on the edge of Audierne, a vibrant port town. Much larger and lighter than photos suggest, with comfy beds. Lots of outside space, including large field suitable for ball games, and home to a ping-pong table. Really really excellent boulangerie/patisserie in walking distance, and also a nearby supermarket (9 mins walk). 30 mins walk/5 mins drive into town. Lots of nearby beaches and coastal walks. Host (M. Pierrot) very friendly and helpful.

Die Unterkunft in dem historischen Anwesen liegt herrlich im Grünen, ist ganz ruhig, mit großzügigen Zimmern, Badezimmern, Garten, bestens ausgestatteter Küche – uns hat es dort an nichts gefehlt. Verschiedene Strände zum Surfen oder Schnorchen/Tauchen und die wilden Kaps zum Wandern sowie das Städtchen Audièrne sind alle mit dem Auto in ca. 10-20 Minuten erreichbar.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le Petit Manoir, très confortable et d’une propreté impeccable. Ce gîte est très bien situé : 5 mn de la plage de Trescadec, 15 mn de la Pointe du Raz et de la Pointe du Van, sans oublier la Pointe du Millier, lieu très sauvage. Merci à Monsieur PEROT pour son accueil et ses conseils. Nous recommandons cette location.

Séjour ressourçant

Nous avons passé un séjour d’une semaine pendant les vacances de février. Le logement est parfaitement entretenu. L’accueil par le propriétaire est fluide et chaleureux avec une visite privée de l’ensemble du manoir accompagnée des anecdotes de la rénovation de cette magnifique bâtisse. L’endroit est calme, entouré de verdure, propice au repos. La situation du logement est idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent découvrir le Cap Sizun avec ses pointes ( du Van, du Raz, du Millier...), randonner sur le GR34 au sein de paysages époustouflants. Nous recommandons ce gîte.

Tres bonne experience

Monsieur Perrot et sa femme étaient très disponibles et sympathiques. Le lieu est très cosy, bien entretenu, équipé et à proximité de la pointe du raz. Les magasins de proximité sont proches également. Un endroit à recommander. Il faut juste penser à amener ses produits d’entretien car la location est prévue pour des séjours plus longs qu’un weekend.

Location très bien, conforme à l annonce. Un petit plus serait de prévoir eponge et un peu de produit vaisselle par exemple, bref un petit minimum qui évite d être complètement démuni en arrivant. Vraiment très agréable location. Tres bel équipement.
