The apartment with free WiFi is located in a characteristic alley in a quiet area just 50 meters from the main street of Taormina. The house is located in a private building and is distributed on two levels which can be accessed by an internal staircase. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom and the other with a double bed, both of which have adjustable ceiling fans. On the same level are the main bathroom with shower, bidet sink and toilet and the accessory one with sink and toilet. There is also a hallway with a reading corner. A spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor where the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and the living room with wrought iron table with six chairs, 2 sofas and an armchair are located in a single large room interspersed with a wall with decorated glass. . This room is equipped with air conditioning. The living room leads to the level terrace equipped with table and four chairs and equipped with a barbecue area. On request, a pouf bed can be provided to be placed in the living area.

Quiet haven in bustling Taormina.

Airy, well appointed traditional town apartment with terrace. Clean, well equipped, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Excllent, helpful host. Excellent location for town visit and beaches. Castelmola a must see.

This property is wonderful. It is right in the heart of Taormina. Restaurants and markets are just steps away. We recommend a taxi from the train station the first day but after that all sites are walkable or a bus ride. We would definitely stay there again

Anniversary Trip Loved Taormina!!

Our flight was delayed, we arrived after dark, we had difficulty finding the place. Host did not meet us, we had to ask a restaurant employee to help us find the villa. Host did communicate with us that the keys were left with a neighbor, who, by the way spoke no English. Took a bit to figure out how the locks worked. No one in the vicinity spoke enough English to assist us with directions for parking our rental. Eventually found public parking over a mile away, walked back. Once inside we had to explore the cabinets, etc to find towels, extra toilet paper and such. We were not familiar with gas stove so we decided not to use it. I will say this, the villa was exactly as pictured on the post & within walking distance of everything. The beds were hard as were the pillows. We discovered water on the floor in the main bathroom, once we figured out it was not from us using the shower we contacted the host in the morning. I explained we would be gone for the day & it was okay with us that she could get someone over in our absence to take care of it. She didn’t respond until late afternoon asking for a picture. I replied that we were not there & because we could not ascertain where the water was coming from & what good would photo do showing water on the floor. In the meantime we took towels & made a dam to contain the spread of water. She did get back with us that she would not be coming over before we left & to just leave the inside. Not sure we’d stay at this villa again.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage

Taormina ist wunderschön! Atemberaubende Natur und Architektur. Sizilianische Farben und Gerüche, tolles Wetter und sehr schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse. Man möchte am liebsten gar nicht abreisen.

In the hearth of Taormina

Big, spacious apartment in the very heart of Taormina old town. Nice terrace, well equipped kitchen, wi-fi, comfortable beds and hot water. Maybe a bit noisy in the morning when glass trash is taken from the resturant next door but it's only a few minutes every day. If you want a place with walking distance to all Taormina's attractions this is the right address. Very good contact with the owner. Thank you and all the best!

A charming sicilian house

We stayed for two weeks and we enjoyed the place very much. The house situated in a very nice touristic area allowed us to live the sicilian way . If you love to cook , there is everything you need . And a big plus ,a beautiful patio where you can eat. Unless you have knees problems, we recommand it stongly .Signore Gianclaudio is very kind. You have to know that there is no wifi, but lots of café where you can find the connexion.

Gianclaudio very kindly met us on a very busy Sunday afternoon, at Porta Messina to show us to our apartment. To our delight it was only 5 minutes walk. It is in a great location, everything you could possibly want at your doorstep plus the Greek amphitheater. The apartment was well appointed, clean, neat and tidy with heaps of Sicilian charm over 3 levels. More like a house than an apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much. Helen & Graham

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits â Taormina et nous serions bien restés davantage, la ville est vraiment à voir et les plages sont parmi les plus jolies contrairement à ce que peux dire le routard. L'apartement est vraiment très sympa, en plein centre de Taormina, avec une super terrasse. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines en Sicile et c'est l'endroit que nous avons préférés! Les propriétaires sont tres sympa et peuvent vous proposer une solution garage voiture ce qui est indispensable à Taormina. Je vous conseille cet apart sans aucun problème.

Central, clean appartement.

The appartement was big enough for 4 persons. It was a little bit hard to find but the owner came to the central square to show me where it was. We parked in lumni. Was fine to take a little bus that goes there every 10 minutes. The garage was expensive. Stairs inside the appartement were not safe for little children to leave them alone. Ours is 3 year old and what's to clime everything... Balcony was big and nice sitting there. Full equiped.

Vi havde en god kommunikation med ejer pr. mail, og blev modtaget på stedet. informeret og vist rundt. Desværre fungerede det ene toilet ikke - da vi netop havde valgt lejligheden fordi der var 2 toiletter, var dette ærgerligt. Dette gjorde vi ejer opmærksom på - det kunne ikke laves umiddelbart. Bortset fra dette, levede lejligheden fuldstændig op til forventningerne, og beliggenhed er perfekt. Vi vil gerne anbefale lejligheden til andre.

Inaspettato angolo di pace nel centro di Taormina

Abbiamo passato 5 bei giorni in questa casa silenziosissima, benché nel pieno centro di Taormina (è in un vicoletto laterale, a due passi da palazzo Corvaja). Abbiamo trovato questo un pregio impagabile, nel traffico caotico e nel super affollamento turistico di Taormina nel mese di giugno! La casa però ha una serie di altri pregi: è spaziosa (noi eravamo in due, ma ci si vivrebbe alla grande anche in 4), è arredata con gusto e molto ben attrezzata, anche per quanto riguarda la cucina e la tavola. Il grande terrazzo pieno di piante e fiori è ideale per la cena: al mercato coperto si trovano pesce eccellente e verdure e frutta locali saporitissime. Il padrone di casa è stato gentilissimo e molto discreto. Daniela e Giuliano

Ein wunderbarer, ruhiger und komfortabler Rückzugzugsort inmitten der Altstadt von Taormina.

Die sehr geschmackvoll und perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung bietet die Möglichkeit, die schöne Altstadt von Taormina zu erkunden und sich zugleich entspannen und erholen zu können. Besonders die wunderschöne, gepflegte Dachterasse lädt ein zu gemütlichem, abendlichen Beisammensein. Da die Küche bestens ausgestattet ist, macht auch das Kochen Freude. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war einfach und hilfreich, z. B. beim Finden einer sicheren Garage für das Auto. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
