OLA - Large house of character (8-10 pers) in authentic village in Cerdagn

3 km from the valley of Eyne known for its flora, 10km from Spain, 15 km from Font-Romeu and Bouillouses, 35 km from Andorra, our house is a detached house of 135m2 in Llo, village of typical mountain known for its baths of warm water, its via ferrata, its climbing site and excursions starting from the village.

Ideal for 2 families (10 people) or friends with large landscaped garden / stone barbecue and veranda, this house quiet, warm and cozy will bring you a change of scenery. Facing south, you can enjoy the sun from the garden all day.

The house consists of two bedrooms on the ground floor with views mountains / garden and double bed (140 and 160), a lounge dining room with fireplace (wood available for free) and a sofa bed that suitable mainly for children, a bathroom and separate toilets with basic products (soap and basic maintenance products) and a kitchen open to the living / dining room with all necessary equipment (microwave dolce gusto coffee machine, fridge / freezer, oven, gas cooker, blender, dishes, dishwasher, raclette / fondue, spices / oils / vinegar / salt / pepper and others).

Upstairs, a large mezzanine room with a game / TV area and a large table, and a third bedroom with large double bed (160) with bathroom and toilet direct access from the room. There is a fourth bedroom with bunk beds and a small double bed (120) for children or a couple.

You can also enjoy in the summer a large veranda of 16m2, a garden with private parking for two / three cars and a barbecue, an outdoor table for 4 people (and more if needed with board / trestle) and two sun loungers.

We put at your disposal board games, game consoles, books, poker case, TV, internet wifi, treadmill, sheets, pillows duvets plus bath towels, wood for the insert if needed, speakers for your music, a synthesizer, ...

The house is fully equipped and decorated, as a main residence, a real little cocoon for your holidays :-)

There will be a deposit of € 600 to provide upon entry to the site and will be returned at the inventory of places of exit.

For information, there is no washing machine for rentals of a week but a laundromat at 3km. If rent over several weeks, we can see on the spot to give access to the washing machine which is in the garage but not available in direct access.
