PRETTY HOLIDAY HOUSE IN QUIET AND VERY SUNNY

Pretty renovated house, quiet in a dead end.
It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms (each with a shower room) as well as a guest toilet. Four bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning and a TV.
The swimming pool, measuring eight by four meters, is heated during the high and mid season and on request in low and very low season.

The house is located at La Croix Valmer, about ten kilometers from St Tropez and 15 km from Ste Maxime.
The region offers multiple cultural and leisure activities in summer and winter. La Croix Valmer is a family and dynamic village, on the other hand the beaches of La Croix Valmer remain very protected from seaside life.

Please note: Reservations will be accepted weekly from Saturday to Saturday only. Otherwise the traveler must cancel his reservation.

Beautiful renovated and peaceful house located in an impasse.
There is five bedrooms and four bathrooms (with a toilet in each one) and a separate toilet for guests. Air conditioning and television are provided in four bedrooms.
Heated swimming pool (8 meters x 4 meters) in High and Middle seasons and upon request in Low and Very Low seasons.

The house is located in La Croix Valmer, around ten kilometers from Ste Maxime and fifteen kilometers from St Tropez. There is multiple cultural activities and spare-times offered in summer as in winter. La Croix Valmer is a family and dynamic village with wild beaches and and little shops.

A wonderfull place

We have enjoyed the beuatifull villa so much that we will definitely return in the future. The bedrooms, living room, kitchen all very tastefull decorated and well maintained. The outside area with the maginificent pool and a lot of shadow to relax. The whole area is setup widely so you don't see or hear the neighboors. With the beaches of La Croix-Valmer (Gigaro is the most beautiful one) and Cavalaire (Terre de Sable private beach) close by you have all for a great holiday. Again, we will return.

Beautiful home with lovely mountain views

We were very pleased to return to the house this summer. Everything works, beautiful decor, lovely view of the mountains and quiet location. The kitchen is very well equipped with new appliances and plenty of quality flatware and cutlery for our 2 families. The bedrooms are air conditioned. We drive to the beach which is very close and relatively easy to get a park. There is a bakery, small supermarket and pharmacy very close by car. The owner is very helpful and responds quickly. She was extremely accommodating this year when our plans changed due to Covid restrictions in the UK. We look forward to staying there next summer!

Neuer Lieblingsort in La Croix Valmer

Wunderschön angelegtes Grundstück und eingerichtetes Haus. Besonders der Poolbereich mit den gemauerten Sitzgelegenheiten unf der überdachten Lounge bieten viel Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Croix Valmer ohnehin ein Lieblingsort für uns.

Un séjour inoubliable

Nous avons eu un accueil exemplaire, avec toutes les explications nécessaires , aussi bien pour le logement que pour les restaurants de l'endroit. Le logement était digne des photo's, avec une attention particulière à notre arrivée ( bouteille d'eau dans chaque chambre et une bouteille de rosé ...). Depuis le contact lors de la location jusqu'à notre départ, nous avons eu un très bon entretien. L'endroit est calme , reposant et super agréable. A recommander afin de passer un séjour très très agréable. Merci pour tout. Nous avons de très beaux souvenirs.

Comme a la maison !

Une maison extrêmement confortable . Nous étions 4 adultes , 2 ados , 2 enfants . Les charmants propriétaires avaient pensé à tout. Climatisation dans les chambres ,matériels de cuisine neufs et en grand nombre , pierrade et barbecue dernier cri ,TV dans toutes les chambres ,WIFI ,imprimante . Et le soir dîner sur la terrasse avec vue magnifique et coucher de soleil.
