6 bedrooms. Both Penthouses 501 and 502 inside Park lleras. 3 Bedrooms per Penthouse. TWO ROOF Decks. Two monster hot tubs. Ac through out. FLOOR to CEILING windows. Dish washer in the kitchen of 502. Can entertain guests on both sides, no problem. They do not connect inside the apartment, but right outside your door is that door. Kitchens are ultra modern one has a unheard of dish washer. Duplex upstairs contains a Hot tub and a area to relax and enjoy look at the great view and have friends over. Disclaimer your in middle of Park Lleras. Noise from bars and clubs, There are stairs here no elevator. No doorman.

You can have guests at your apartment never a charge. We ask you to ask that they Have ID. You do not need to pre-register your guests, it's your apartment.

Beautiful city/Uncomfortable living

The manager was very rude to me and my friends. Very arrogant and did not care to listen to the issues that we had. The Living room AC leaked heavily after several minutes being on. None of the 3 bathrooms had hot water, so we had to walk over to the adjacent apartment to use the showers. We couldn’t keep our doors open, because the main door downstairs did not lock, which hindered our experience. Several times random people walked up to the apartments when our doors were open, so we did not feel secure. We couldn’t share the space freely as we intended. In addition the left apartments washing machines did not work so we had to go to the other apartment. The right apartment was so much more modern than the left apartment. Much more upgraded and the advertisement is extremely misleading. When you travel abroad, you want to feel safe and have a manager that’s attentive and not rude. We chose to just suck it up rather than deal with him. Fix the doors, the leaking ACs and the broken door. Waste of money!

Wow where do we start. 6 guys in two penthouses in middle of lleras with roof decks and tel giant hot tubs. They wanted to keep there doors open in a apartment house and no where is this advertised as being connected in any way. We don’t own the building. The door downstairs is open to service a bar below office. Each penthouse has 3 inch doors and a camera. No one told us about any issue with hot water ot washing machine. Even though they called me every day. Over something and at no time was I ever rude to them. All though now it’s all kind of funny. So two penthouses at $60 each a night is two expensive in middle of it all ? Anyway one other comment. Of course the penthouse on the right is more modern it’s 8 years newer then the one on the left. Some people can never be happy I guess.

bought in 2018 late finished a week ago....Josh the owner is a incredible visionary that travels and simply knows whats good.. No more really to say he understands that a PH should look like so and spare no expense to make it that way!

Why they chose this property

This property because your in the middle of it all. You came for 3 night to medellin. You want to go out to the restaurants and bars....You don't want to have to worry about Taxi's. 502 has the dish washer...who wants to do dishes in a PH? on vacation no way. You have both roofs....view of medellin the hot tub....bbq, ac......Floor to ceiling views.....Your going to love it.
