The condo has beautiful views of the river which you can softly hear as you sleep and a wonderful kitchen and living room area to gather and play games and relax. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Overall a very nice stay!

The property overall was quite nice. We would rent it again. It would have been nice to have seating on Both balconies. I also bought kitchen towels for the condo because there was only one towel. It was perfect for watching the Colorfest balloons go up. Thank you!

The property was immaculate and the furnishings beautiful. The HOA needs to clean the entrance and stairs. The carpet is pretty worn and does not look clean

We stayed here for 3 weeks in August 2026. This is a wonderful property. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of pots, pans and skillets. Lots of serving utensils and knives. Also a crockpot and blender. And they didn’t miss the wine bottle opener. The location is beautiful with two balconies over looking the river. There’s a nice swimming hole on the river for those who want to float or take a dip. The downtown area and hot springs are accessible via the river walk about 15 minutes away. If you play pickleball this is your place. The pickleball courts are two block away and an easy walk. And it has a garage to store your bikes. Great place, great location.

Our stay was awesome, condo was well maintained and stocked with a few additional amenities. We would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to the area. 30 minutes from Wolf Creek and right beside the river and springs resort.

I could just move here! This condo was perfection, the views of the river from the 2 balconies are so relaxing while enjoying your morning coffee. The heated floors are perfect for cold mornings. Good sized kitchen for cooking and plenty of space if you are needing to work on vacation. Having a garage to store ski equipment was very handy and we were within walking distance to the hot springs which is a must visit. Great location and incredible condo!
