Our life group had a wonderful time at Live Oak Haus! Lots of room for the ten of us. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown. And the pool and outdoor area were a big plus for our group.

The Live Oak Haus just made our family trip to Fredericksburg even better. Our adult children kept saying how wonderful the beds were and the bedding--on and on and on! We prepared meals and had adequate materials. We enjoyed the coffee mugs every day and had them washed and ready before the next morning. The weather wasn't wonderful, but we still enjoyed the hot tub, swimming pool and outdoor fire pit. Thank you for making our trip even better!

Overall my experience was awesome! We had a blast! The pictures weren’t quite representative of what we actually saw, but still close. Host Jennifer was very responsive to any concerns that I had! The pool/hot tub, outdoor kitchen area, heated floors in a couple of the bathrooms, large wraparound screened in porch, were all clean and amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed all the vacation rental had to offer! Accommodates large families very well! Definitely recommend this vacation rental and will rent again whenever visiting Fredericksburg.Post Review - One nitpick though: The baking pans in the kitchen weren’t cleaned prior to our visit, but definitely should’ve been, especially due to the price of admission. Outside of that there were only a few minor cosmetic issues we discovered during our walkthrough that didn’t detract from our overall wonderful experience.

We had a great time. The house is beautiful, very comfortable. It was very accommodating for our large family. We were able to enjoy all of the features that the property provided, spa, pool, porch, fire pit, spacious living room, and private rooms with bathrooms. We plan on returning with more family members.

Perfect for a group!

Can’t say enough great things about our stay! Jennifer was such an awesome host and very responsive to anything that came up. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house is large, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Take your swimsuit and enjoy the pool and hot tub!

Amazing Fun Property

10 adults had a long weekend in Live Oak Haus, and it was perfect for our needs. It is difficult to find a property that has five king/queen suites with in-suite bathrooms. Very roomy, great amenities, good location and very helpful host. We would book this property again.

The hot tub and pool were enjoyable. The enclosed porch area was also very nice.However, the picture of the pool area on the website made the area to be much brighter and newer than it actually is. The table adjacent to the grill could use some deep cleaning as could the grill. The reclining lawn chairs had no cushions.

Bachelorette Party

Clean and comfortable house able to fit a group for a bachelorette. All the girls were able to have their own bed, as the house was very spacious. Backyard is great for relaxing and eating a meal. Great communication and responsiveness from host. Highly recommend!

What a perfect place to stay for a group. This house is spacious and beautiful. The location is just far enough and just close enough. I wish we could have stayed all week. We had 11 women from the office staying and we were never once on top of each other. Loved it!!

Family retreat

Absolutely the most perfect vrbo ever! Great host, Jennifer! Swimming pool area with covered kitchen, lounge chairs and fire pit was fun for all ages 6 months to 81! Wrap around screened in porch was the meeting place for morning coffee and kids games. Luxury linens and room locations met all our needs. Close to downtown and HEB. We plan to stay there again when all 18 of us from 3 states get together.

Everything about this property was perfect!! Easily and comfortably fit our group of 19 women for a fabulous weekend in Fredericksburg. The manager was so prompt to respond with any questions we had. Birthday weekend

I rented this beautifully appointed home to celebrate my daughter's 25th birthday. There were a total of ten of us. The accommodations exceeded expectations. Property manager was always quick to respond before and during our weekend. This was a great experience!! I would absolutely rent it again!

Best Bachelorette Weekend!

This home was perfect for our group size of 14. Plenty of space, yet enough private space. Large kitchen, large dining table, large living area. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and bathrooms for each. The pool, the screened porch and all of the beautiful furnishings just made this trip perfect. I highly recommend this home for a large group. We had a few questions prior to arrival and they were all answered very quickly. We will be back for other celebrations!
