Maison spacieuse, intérieur rénové et impeccable. TrÚs bon équipement en cuisine. Dressing dans toutes les chambres. 1 seule salle de bains pour 8 personnes, mais vaste, avec grande baignoire et douche séparée à l'italienne. Jardin spacieux.Village trÚs calme. Excellente boulangerie !Les personnes de l'accueil ont été à la fois diligentes et disponibles.

Super maison

TrÚs bonnes vacances dans cette maison bien situé et trÚs bien équipé. Idéal famille avec jeunes enfants avec grand jardin clos et divers jeux et livres. Village agréable avec une super aire de jeux et une bonne boulangerie à deux pas.

SĂ©jour en famille et entre amis

Le sĂ©jour s’est bien passĂ©, la maison est conforme Ă  l’annonce, elle est bien situĂ©e proche du lac (dont la baignade Ă©tait interdite lorsque nous y Ă©tions). La maison Ă©tait propre, moderne et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, le jardin et les environs agrĂ©ables. MAIS , suite Ă  la location, la propriĂ©taire nous a facturĂ© des frais supplĂ©mentaires pour le mĂ©nage, sachant que nous avons payĂ© le forfait mĂ©nage Ă  130 euros (deja cher, une agence facturant 30 euros de l’heure, cela correspond Ă  plus de 4h de mĂ©nage sans les draps Ă  enlever et les lits Ă  refaire
.), et que nous avions effectuĂ© le minimum requis (vidage des poubelles, coup de balai et d’éponge ), ainsi que des frais pour avoir mis une petite piscine gonflable pour enfant. La communication a Ă©tĂ© compliquĂ©e avec la conciergerie qui, n’étant pas disponible le samedi matin, a fait l’état des lieux le vendredi, et surtout avec la propriĂ©taire qui m’a envoyĂ© de nombreux messages sans chercher d’explications suite Ă  la location.

Schöner Urlaub in großzĂŒgigem Haus

Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen Urlaub in dem Haus. Es ist einfach eingerichtet ohne viel Schnickschnack. Von der QualitĂ€t im oberen Bereich sind es Ikea Möbel. Im Wohn- und KĂŒchenbereich ist die Ausstattung hochwertiger. Der Garten gut, mit 6 Kindern war es schön, dass er eingezĂ€unt war. Ansonsten aber großzĂŒgig geschnittenes Haus und ausreichend Platz fĂŒr 2 Familien. Auch vieles fĂŒr Kinder vorhanden (Bodyboard, Strandspielzeug, Hochsitz etc.) Ca 20 Minuten bis Mimizan Plage. GegenĂŒber eine gute Taverne und wirklich in 100m kleiner Laden und BĂ€cker. Wir hatten schöne Tage 😊

Nous avons bien profités et fortement appréciés notre séjour. La location était assez grande pour 10 personnes et il y avait beaucoup de vaisselles et d'électroménager à disposition. Les responsables de la conciergerie ont été trÚs accueillants et sympathiques. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

La maison est super, tres bien localisé, boulangerie a 100 mÚtres, restaurant super bon. La dame qui nous reçoit est trÚs gentille, La propriétaire est tres gentille et tres compréhensive pour avoir accepté de nous louer du lundi au lundi. Je recommande cette maison.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Ideal von der Zimmeraufteilung fĂŒr 2 Familien. Die Ausstattung in der KĂŒche ist genial. Der Garten lĂ€d zu schönen Grillabenden und zum Fußballspielen ein. Die Kommunikation mit CĂ©cile war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr schnell in der Antwort. The house was just as advertised and beside a fabulous bakery and very handy for the beaches and great lakes. Communication before was perfect and instructions for check-in easy to follow. Casa muy completa y nueva en precioso paraje

Una casa reciĂ©n restaurada con todas las comodidades. Amplia (Éramos, 8) y bien provista. El jardĂ­n te da mucha vida. Muy cerca de un supermercado y una panaderĂ­a donde comprĂĄbamos unos riquĂ­simos croissants. Muy recomendable

Maison conforme à la description. TrÚs bien équipée. La plancha à gaz en plus. La maison est restée relativement fraßche malgré les 40° à l'ombre dehors. Resteraient bien quelques travaux à l'extérieur à faire, mais l'intérieur est nickel. Tres bon séjour.
