Autumn Blossom at the Sheltered Elk!
We had a nice time at the sheltered elk, everything was spotless and the house still smells like new! The house is near the winery which we absolutely loved, across the street you will see the magnificent view from the kitchen window and front door. I love all the windows, in the place. The house is approx 5 miles from the main gate, it can feel a bit far at first but is not bad, just drive the speed limit and enjoy the view! I recommend heading to great camp Saturday at 7pm for the evening entertainment (live music) brick oven pizza and adult drinks, this is a family event so children are welcomed! There’s plenty to do at eagles nest, the views are magnificent. Enjoy the cozy sheltered elk!

Great little trip!
We made a quick trip to the mountains to ski with our kids at Beech Mountain. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The recliners and reclining couch and all of the blankets were perfect after a day at the slopes. They also had tons of games which we enjoyed. We loved this house and would definitley book it again!
