Pretty fisherman's house completely renovated in 2017, located in a very quiet dead end in a charming neighborhood with narrow alleys just above the port of Ste Catherine which is about 200 m.

Pretty fisherman's house completely renovated in 2017, on the ground floor of the house, a fitted kitchen, very well equipped, open to a living dining room, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a small storage room where the washing machine is located

Upstairs one bedroom with bunk beds from which you have a superb view of the harbor of Lorient, the other bedroom with a double bed, a separate toilet.
