BISCARROSSE BOURG – Fully Equipped House in the Town Center
Ideally located in the center of Biscarrosse (600 m from the town center and market) and close to shops (bakery, butcher/caterer, and greengrocer just 100 m away), 5 km from the lakes and 10 km from the beach.
This 2-star house accommodates 6 people and features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine…), 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom, and a utility room with washing machine.
Outside, enjoy a large wooden terrace with two areas: a dining area with garden furniture and a barbecue, and a relaxation area under a wooden pergola with lounge furniture and sun loungers. Private garden with parking space. Access to the garden shed for storing bikes, beach toys, and surfboards.
The house is equipped with baby facilities: travel cot, high chair, potty, and bathtub.
A €900 security deposit is required for the house.
Tourist taxes are extra, according to current rates.
