A beautiful modern villa situated on the coast of Petounta village (Mazotos) with a stunning sea view, surrounded with the voice of nature. A 3 bedroom villa which has been decorated and fully furnished with all facilities and amenities to make your holiday home away from home that comfortable and enjoyable one. Consisting of 3 double bedrooms,2 of them with en-suite and all of them with spacious wardrobes, the villa includes an open plan living room furnished with real leather sofas and a dining with fully equipped kitchen. Facilities also includes a washing machine, dishwasher and air-conditioning. TV, two satellites , BBQ area ,sun beds, garden set and an outdoor dining as well.COVERED POOL WITH SALTED WATER.
The villa is suitable for all ages, great for cyclist, kite surfers. This is the right place to be if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet area to spend your holiday.
Petounta village is 15 to airport,20 min to Makenzy beach(restaurant, bar, clubs),20 min to Larnaca,25 min to Limassol,2 km away from Camel park(nice entertainment for adults and children),0,5 km to a kite-surfing spot, organized beach 1 km away. The fishing village of Zygi is approximately 15 min away with it's beautiful new harbour and many fish restaurants. if you need any baby stuff (cot ,high chair etc.) just let us know and if any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

One of the best

Wonderful villa not far away from the city of Larnaka. The place is like from the movies, the sea and the view. The house is big with every thing you can just imegen. The pool is real luctury. The owner, Svetla, is very friendly and she takes care of the house at the highest level. It's just beutyfull. Don't miss it!

Serene location on the Beach only 20min to Larnaca

Utterly stunning apartment with beach views

We stayed at Villa Sunshine and I must say when we arrived we were delighted with the property and felt instantly relaxed and like we had arrived at a luxury destination. The views were stunning and it is a real treat to have your own pool! It was also lovely sharing a bottle of wine on the sofa of the master suite. The check in process was seemless and Svetla provided lots of wonderful local recommendations and local conveniences- as a hostess she was faultless and even visited us to see how we were settling in laden with Zorbas Bakery goodies. Definitely need a car in these parts as the villa is situation outside of the towns in a newly built enclave of villas, but I reckon that is true wherever you stay in the whole of Cyprus if you want to see anything/ do supermarket runs. The area also seemed more Cypriot than Peyia region we stayed for the other part of our holiday. This is what we were really craving along with beautiful Mezze and Fish restaurants, however there is also access to UK food along Mackenzie Beach strip if you just need some chips! The airport is super close by and is a perfect destination if you have a late overnight flight. The villa was well equipped for children and had a potty amd cot provided. 100% recommend.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist sehr nett, das Meer in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Strand ist steinig, Badeschuhe kein Nachteil. Dafür ist man praktisch allein, gerade einmal am Wochenende waren 3, 4 Familien da. Wie bei vielen Mietferienhäusern, so kommt auch dieses ein wenig in die Jahre und es funktioniert so manches nicht. Man konnte etwa die Terrassentüre nicht absperren, weil das Schloss kaputt war. Muss man nicht mögen, dass das Haus dann Tag und Nacht unversperrt ist. Die Lattenroste sind schon alt und immer wieder durchgebrochen. Der Pool war so stark gechlort, dass wir Hautprobleme bekommen haben. Naja, solche Dinge trüben den im Grunde sehr guten Eindruck dann eben schon ein wenig. Svetla ist eine ganz besonders nette Gastgeberin, der Kontakt mit ihr war sehr schnell und völlig unproblematisch. Das Haus war leicht zu erreichen, der Checkin problemlos, für uns 5 super groß und gut ausgestattet. Also - ein wenig Investment, eine andere Firma zur Poolbetreuung, und alles ist wieder perfekt

Fantastic villa

The owner Svetla could not have been more helpful. She was in contact via e-mail prior to the holiday and met us at the airport to guide us to the villa. She even popped by one day with Easter presents. I suggest a car, the villa is about 35 mins drive from Larnaca and the same for Limassol, so is vital if you want to explore the country. There is a Lidl about 15 mins drive away. We went on line via Zest and hired a car from SIXT, who have there pick up at Larnaca airport. For a family of five we got a VW Golf which was almost new , clean and appeared well maintained. The villa is to a high spec and has everything you need for the stay, it is close to the beach has a great pool and is away from the hoards. So if you want a quiet time you're on a winner. There is a tavern/restaurant about a mile along the coast which you can walk to, or there is one in the village, but you would need the car to get there. The family loved it and we all had a great time with wonderful memories. We will certainly come back. As an aside we flew from Heathrow and decided to get a taxi via British Airport Transfers. I was amazed they kept in touch via email arrived on time, drove my family and I safely to the airport at 03.00 without any hassle. We are also going home with them. Is was extra but check the price compared to the car park and consider the fact that you start and finish your holiday in a relaxed way, we loved it. In fact all in all the perfect holiday for all of us!

Beautiful villa with gorgeous view of the sea

The beautiful villa is in a lovely setting right by the sea which is just 2 minutes walk away. The pool was great for the kids and the outside area was perfect with shade provided if you wanted to sit out. The villa was well equipped with pool and beach toys. We had beautiful walks along the coastal path at sunset. April is an amazing time to go to Cyprus - not too busy or hot for young kids. We visited the camel park, Larnaca, Zygi, Lefkosia, Lemessos and Wow action park in Larnaca which is a fantastic soft play place. We also drove up to the Troodos mountains which are beautiful. The owner of the house was lovely and hospitable making sure we had all we needed, and even met us at the airport! She even brought some delicious Cypriot pastries a day before we were leaving. We all had a lovely relaxing time and hope to be back again soon.

Beautiful peaceful villa

Spacious villa everything available for a nice and comfortable stay. The colourfull interior and items in the villa and outside near the pool gave us direcly a happy feeling. Compliments how to combine colours and made the villa like this! They left us a welcome pack of useful provisions on arrival. Besides the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with cleaning items etc. The The views from the villa were beautiful. Percfect place for making walks around the nearby coast area and to explore Larnaca area. Svetla was very kind and helpful. Svetla, still thanks for the pleasant time!

What can I say! This accommodation is fantastic and we will definitely stay again :) the house itself is perfect in every way. As a family of 6 ( with a baby) this house had everything we could possibly need and our family loved it. It's extremely clean with all the modern facilities we needed. Highly recommended to anyone who wishes to stay here. You cannot fault it. The landlady Svetla is one of a kind. I do not think I have ever met such a welcoming and thoughtful landlady. She bought me a beautiful travel cot with plenty of sheets for my baby as well as towels,blankets,toys, a swing chair and a toy bouncer for him:) she greeted me as an old friend and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. She has provided so many extras in her house ( pillows,towels,sheets extra blankets, cleaning products etc) it is a home from home villa. Absolutely brilliant!!! You will not be disappointed at all from your stay in this villa I cannot fault it in any way. Thank you Svetla x

Gorgeous house with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Quiet location but only 10 minutes from Kiti which has an excellent Taverna (see number one on trip advisor) lots of takeaways, bakeries, bars and shops. Only 18 kms from airport making a stress free transfer. Great pool but right next to a pebble beach if you prefer the sea! The owner Svelta was so welcoming and kindly providing a fridge full of drinks on arrival and tray of delicious pastries on our last day. One of our best holidays.

Our stay was more than enjoyable in a incredible house with amazing view and beautiful furnishing. The owners were extremely and beyond helpful. Our expectations were met at every level, whether we needed help with directions, picking up medicine from the chemist or taking the time to show us around the area, finishing with treating us to yummy dinner. The owner called often to see whether we are enjoying ourselves and simply if we need anything. We have really enjoyed the view, the sea, the design of the house (where you can find absolutely anything you need and think of) and of course what made an extraordinary stay for us was the owner's attitude (totally and utolly professional and warm) towards guests. We would be coming back this house without doubt and will have no hesitation to recommend it, as I have already told everyone about the amazing stay we have had. My 4 years old son misses the place (peaceful and quite) tremendously, and today after two weeks of being back to my routine I have withdrawal symptoms, as I miss that place a lot. For that month that we stayed there it felt like my own house. I wish good luck to the owners with their guests as they have put in a lot of effort to make it to the level it is today!!!
