A beautiful modern villa situated on the coast of Petounta village (Mazotos) with a stunning sea view, surrounded with the voice of nature. A 3 bedroom villa which has been decorated and fully furnished with all facilities and amenities to make your holiday home away from home that comfortable and enjoyable one. Consisting of 3 double bedrooms,2 of them with en-suite and all of them with spacious wardrobes, the villa includes an open plan living room furnished with real leather sofas and a dining with fully equipped kitchen. Facilities also includes a washing machine, dishwasher and air-conditioning. TV, two satellites , BBQ area ,sun beds, garden set and an outdoor dining as well.
The villa is suitable for all ages, great for cyclist, kite surfers. This is the right place to be if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet area to spend your holiday.
Petounta village is 15 to airport,20 min to Makenzy beach(restaurant, bar, clubs),20 min to Larnaca,25 min to Limassol,2 km away from Camel park(nice entertainment for adults and children),0,5 km to a kite-surfing spot, organized beach 1 km away. The fishing village of Zygi is approximately 15 min away with it's beautiful new harbour and many fish restaurants. if you need any baby stuff (cot ,high chair etc.) just let us know and if any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

Great place!!!

We had great 9 wonderful days at the ocean. The place is amazing, quite and you can also have a great family time. Svetla is a great host! She provided everything when we arrived: car seats for the kids, beer, water, milk.

Sehr schönes und großes Haus - mit traumhafte Aussicht auf's Meer. Direkt vor dem Haus ist leider kein Sandstrand - aber mit Badeschuhe, kommt man über die große Kieselsteine gut ins Wasser. In unmittelbare Nähe sind einige Supermärkte - das Nachtleben fängt allerdings erst in ca. 15 km (Larnaca) an. Aber in ca 8 Km Entfernung (Kiti oder Pervolia) kann man abends auch sehr lecker Essen gehen.

Die Lage dieses Ferienhauses ist perfekt für alle, die direkt am Meer sein wollen aber abseits jeden Trubels in völliger Ruhe. Das Innere ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Außenbereich mit Pool ist einfach wunderbar. Und Svetla ist die perfekte Gastgeberin - unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Stayed at the villa for two weeks in August 2019! The owner Svetla was fantastic and helped with transfers etc prior to our arrival. The location was sooooo quiet and remote but absolutely stunning. Our kids aged 9 & 11 had a fantastic time and it was super handy having things for them to do indoors as well as the amazing pool and beach! I had my birthday whilst I was there and Svetla even came, sang happy birthday and brought me the yummiest chocolate cake with candles! We had the most fantastic holiday, with a stunning villa and views that make your heart sigh happy sighs! We will definitely be returning!

Lovely location with private pool and sea view.

We stayed at Villa Waves from the middle-end September 2018, and had a very peaceful stay. The location of the villa in Mazotos is around a 15 minute drive to Kitti, and 25 minutes to Larnaca Airport. The owner made sure we had the necessary daily items on arrival, along with a welcome bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. The villa was also well equipped (with basics toiletries) with a modern and tranquil interior. We would highly recommend Villa Waves, and certainly consider returning there again.

Fantastic holiday in a wonderful house and area

We had a wonderful week from April 28th to May 5th 2018. The house is well equipped, tastefully decorated and appropriate for six adults (if appropriate to share bed/bedroom). The hostess (Svetla) is very nice and caring, always ready to help. It's just 2 minutes walk to a very quiet and almost private beach where you can have a swim whenever you like, and 5 minutes drive by car to Mazotos where you can visit the local supermarket (Mas) and tavern. The house is located only 20 min. drive from Larnaka airport, which means you will notice some noise from airplanes. For us that was no problem at all. We would love to come back to this place another time.

Beautifully maintained villa with uninterrupted sea views and an excellent base for touring.

A beautiful villa with an amazingly well equipped kitchen and a fridge of essential basics awaited our arrival. A very friendly host who provided delicious Cypriot pastries to go with our British cup of tea. An amazing master bedroom with spectacular views and a quiet path to walk along the sea front, just beyond the garden. Only 15 minutes from Larnaka airport but very peaceful and central for visiting Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaka and everywhere in between. A lovely holiday.

fantastic holiday

This is a fabulous place in Cyprus where you can relax from the urban bustle. The house is large, clean and very cozy, comfortable and modern. Furniture, kitchenware, sanitary ware brand new. The hostess is very hospitable, always in touch. This is our second stay in this house. We love this place and the opportunity to relax in comfort! Beach is in 2 minutes walk, beautiful views, and you almost all the time alone on the coast. With great pleasure we will come here many more times! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay if you're looking for a relaxing vacation.

The house is beautiful and tastefully furnished. The owner has fully stocked the house with anything that you might need. There is a market about 10 minutes away where you can do your daily grocery shoppings. All the major towns are about a 30 minute drive so we recommend a rental car. With such an awesome vacation home who needs to leave the house though. The property owner (Svelta) was very helpful and kind and we had an amazing experience thanks to her and her place.

The Villa and area was Brilliant.

We stayed in the luxurious villa for a week in May 2016. Its well furnished , very clean, quite with plenty of space. The Pool area is great with a seating area, sunbeds, table's and chairs and overlooks the sea a great place to relax. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern equipment. The small town of Mazotos is only a few minutes away with a couple of small super markets and taverns, A few other town’s can easy be reached with plenty of restaurants and bars and Larnaka is only a 15 minute drive (Car is recommended). I would highly recommend a stay here. The Owner is very pleasant, welcoming and accommodating. Thanks for a great holiday and opportunity to stay at this Villa :)
