Bliss features a Private pool and spa with a modern design with an outdoor bar, nestled in a private gated community, walking distance to the polo grounds made famous by Coachella Music Festival and just minutes away from the shopping, dining, spas, golf and casinos...you'll never lack for entertainment!

Outdoor: Enjoy some fun in the sun by taking a dip in the pool or catch son rays on the tanning shelf or the 4 lounge chairs. Grill up hamburgers and hot dogs on the built-in barbecue, then sit down with the family at the outdoor dining table for 12 which features a ceiling fan. Work off some of those calories and have a ping pong tournament which also features a ceiling fan or practice your putting skills at the courtyard putting green. After the kids are down for the night, kick back in the heated spa or enjoy a cocktail at the built-in bar which features seating for 5 and min-fridge or around the fire pit with seating for 6.

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor: The interior of this home is simply Bliss! Catch the big game on the 65-inch Samsung Smart TV in the living room, which features a ceiling fan, decorative (non-operational) fireplace and seating for 10-12. Whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen which features stainless steel appliances such as the French door refrigerator with a freezer drawer and in door water dispenser and ice maker and a double oven for those holiday dinners. Take a seat at the kitchen bar with seating for 4. Sit down to family or maybe even a friend-giving meal at the dinning room table with seating for 12. Challenge a family member or a friend to a game of pool or 9-ball in the cool game room.

Bedroom Descriptions: Master Suite features a Cal-King-sized bed, a Full-sized sofa sleeper, a comfortable reading chair, 40-inch TCL Smart TV, remote controlled ceiling fan, two walk-in closets, private access to the patio. Private en suite bathroom has a tile shower, oversized soaking tub and tiled countertops with double vanity sinks.

Suite 2 is located next to the front door and features a Cal-King sized bed, 40-inch TCL Smart TV, ceiling fan, reach-in closet and French doors leading to the courtyard. Private en suite bathroom has a tile shower and tiled countertops with a vanity sink.

Bedroom 3 is located next to bedroom 4 at the end of the hallway and features two Full-sized beds, 40-inch TCL Smart TV, ceiling fan, reach-in closet and dresser. Bedroom 4 is located next to the laundry room at the end of the hallway and features a Queen-sized bed, 40-inch LG HDTV with a Roku stick, ceiling fan, reach-in closet and dresser. Bedroom 5 is located in the entry way from the front door and features two Full-sized bunk beds, the first one can sleep 5 including a Twin-sized trundle bed and the second one can sleep 4 with the top and bottom bunk bed. It also features a 42-inch TCL Smart TV and, ceiling fan.

There is a full bathroom located across the hallway from bedroom 3 and 4 which features a combo shower/tub with a double vanity sink. The powder room is located near the entry way and features a pedestal sink.

Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in all guests being evicted without a refund.

Location: Bliss is in one of the very best locations, just off the "Golden Mile" Avenue 49, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants and shopping in La Quinta, just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
