Magnificent panorama without neighborhood. Near an organic farm.
Located between Rodez and Conques. 5 km from St Cyprien sur doudou where you can enjoy a beautiful municipal swimming pool (overflow and shaded) and trade known for their gastronomic specialty. Ideally located between the lot, the cantal, for tourist and cultural walks. Conques, Rodez, lot valley, Figeac, Najac, Estaing, Rodez ,.
Many activities: swimming, hiking in St Jacques de Compostela, canoeing, donkey rides, navigation on the lot. Picking mushrooms and blackberries.
Outside the house you have a 3000 m2 garden.
