My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting Sedona for a reunion. We all agreed the beds were very comfortable! The decking and seating areas around the house gave us amazing views from sunrise to sunset. We were able to have breakfast outside and enjoy the squirrels and birds. The kitchen had everything we could want. The furniture was comfortable and we truly felt at home. Thank you for giving us a place to reunite, relax and rejuvenate.

Beautiful private property! We loved the large patio and spending time outside, watching the birds who stopped by the bird feeders. The hot tub works great and the kitchen is well stocked with evertything you might need! Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful space with us, we had a great time!

Relaxing and beautiful

So glad we chose this house to stay. It had everything we needed : space, views, hot tub, and fully stocked kitchen with a grill. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great House in Perfect Location

Great house with everything possibly needed for a family vacation. House has a gourmet kitchen with enough cooking equipment to make anything your heart desires. Beautiful views, immaculately clean, and within a 5 minute drive to everything.

A nice house

Enjoyed our 3-day visit here. Nice house well maintained in a good location. If you grill check with the property manager in advance to be sure the grill was in good working order. It was not during our stay.

Good location…nice hot tub

This property is fine for a family stay. The decor is quirky and the furniture is dated & passé. The kitchen has no ventilation; the dryer is also not vented and thus marginally effective. The coffee maker no longer works and had a replacement carafe that didn’t fit. The BBQ was good & the decks delightful.

The place was very cozy and comfortable. Bonus that it was easy to find in the dark too. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that I never received the instructions on how to enter the property so I had to sit in the car and make calls to obtain that information. It turns out that they were supposed to send me a rental agreement to sign first but that was never sent. Luckily, they were able to send it after our phone call and I was able to complete it on my phone. Within minutes of completing it, I received the entry instructions. While it wasn't ideal to be in that situation, it didn't change the fact that this is a very cozy property with stunning views!
