Family Reunion Bargain, Sleeps 22, Two Free Beach Passes, Stairlift, Pool

This could not be my house that was reviewed and must be some mistake. The renter is quit mean to leave such a review and never contacted me about any cleanliness issues. I have a professional cleaning service with three people arriving after each rental to clean the house. I am with them and restock the house and inspect their cleaning. No other renter has complained about any cleaning issues and the house is always left freshly clean. Even the A/C filters are replaced every 4 weeks. The owner has no control over people putting away any dishes that are not cleaned perfectly. We do not go through the cabinets and examine every dish.

The cleaning service stated they were running late due to late check-outs at other houses on Fourth of July weekend. I was in town and rushed over to the house to help with the vacuuming and the house was very clean once we were finished. Just remember that we are still in a pandemic and it is very difficult to get any cleaning people to work much less always be able to arrive on time. It is very mean of the renter to describe the house prior to the cleaning in this review. All she did was to complain constantly from the moment she entered the house. This renter arrived with about 5 little toddlers so she wanted the house to be perfect, but that is not going to happen with a beach house that accommodates 26 people. It is not ever going to be as clean as one's house in town. I have lots of pots, pans, and serving bowls for renters and many extra shelves in the kitchen for renters to store their food they bring. This is what renters have asked me for. We have two wifi services in the house - both Mediacom and Verizon with multiple extenders throughout the house. I will go by the house to check to see if someone might have disconnected one or two of the extenders or wifi modems. My son set up the house wifi for me and it was working well in every room.

This beach house has two internet services - mediacom and verizon. The house also has has two internet extenders. Renters must make sure the modems and extenders are plugged in to get great internet service, as one of the modems was found unplugged by accident after this family departed. The floors in the house are very clean. If children have black under their feet, it is because they are going barefoot outdoors on the asphalt driveway. All king-sized beds are twin beds pushed together to make a king or can be pulled apart to make two single beds. If you do not sleep on your side of the bed, it will be lumpy in the middle. Otherwise, the beds are all very comfortable and have memory foam toppers for additional comfort, or they can be removed if people prefer a harder mattress.

Cleaning service has been replaced with new company for 2022 season and house will be refreshed with new paint over the Winter. All of the kitchen items and cabinet and closet shelves have been organized with everything neatly put away.

The air filters were changed right after this renter departed and are changed every two months. The house has two brand new air-conditioning units so the house stays as cool as renters desire for it to be. House has been repainted. We have found a new cleaning service for 2022. It was difficult to find good cleaners during the pandemic and when they did come, they were rushed as they had too many houses to clean.
