Dominant position, quiet in the sought and closed area of Beauvallon Bartole.
The house offers 5 air conditioned bedrooms, all with sea view, and each with their bathroom en suite.
The house is full of charm with a very nice colonial atmosphere inspired by the travels of your hosts.

The house has a very large living space with a large white Provencal kitchen open to the dining room that connects with the living room wide open on the shaded terrace with a superb view opening 180 ° on the Gulf!
A laundry room is available to travelers and an outdoor kitchen with a table in the patio and a small pool that allows you to change the setting and provide a delicious dinner by candlelight.
3 bedrooms are at the level of the garden and the windows open on the view, a real happiness on waking, or in semi-shade through the pretty green almond shutters. The master is huge.
2 bedrooms are on the first floor with breathtaking views.

Nice villa with an amazing view

Great holidays with family and friends in a charming villa . The location is a slightly far from sainte maxime which center during peak season is at 30 min. The villa has everything but would deserve a bit of a refurbishment (proper fridge and freezer for instance ) Swimming pool is great with kids , but is not heated . Overall nice but value for money is not entirely there (apart for the view which is probably priceless ! )
