This was our 2nd stay at this property and this is an excellent rental property. A very clean, comfortable and light apartment in an excellent central location, close to the centre of brilliant Le Touquet. Located very close to the Place de Quentovic, with its amazing Housin Boulangerie (very delicious!).The communications and check-in process was very easy and straight-forward. Being met in person was very much appreciated, especially the help getting into the basement parking space. The parking space is tight, but we managed to squeeze our Volvo XC60 into it (on our last visit in 2023, we managed to squeeze in a Volvo XC90! So no problem for big cars, compared to other French basement car parks we've used elsewhere).Very well equipped apartment with everything needed to cook meals at the apartment - which we did on one of our 3 evenings. But with such great restaurants in Le Touquet, then why dine in?This latest stay was at the end of October, the heating was excellent and kept the apartment very warm and cosy.I have no negative points to make, fantastic all round!

Well equipped in fantastic location

Very well equipped and comfortable flat in a fantastic location for the beach and downtown Le Touquet. Plus it's v close to a newly developed square with a super boulangerie and bars/shops. Parking in basement was v useful, although quite tight (we just about managed to fit our Volvo XC90 in, but took some time to get out). Would have been 5 stars review if the main bedroom window was not broken (couldn't be opened and owner said it would be fixed at the end of the season)
