Beautiful week

We were travelling to the area for the wedding of a dear friend and decided to extend our stay. The house in Duignt was the perfect place for a week of relaxing and enjoying the amazing environment. Very well situated in a beautiful old town, quick walk to the plage and lots of space inside and out. Amazing stay, would come again.

Une perle du Lac d’Annecy

Proche du lac, au calme d’un village médiéval, maison traditionnelle rénovée qui nous a offert un confort accueillant au coin du feu ou dans son bain à remous. Visite d’Annecy, journées au ski ou balades dans les montagnes surplombant le lac ont rendu ce séjour hors du temps, mémorable. Merci pour la disponibilité et l’accueil

Magnifique!!!

Nous avons passé 18 jours merveilleux dans ce lieu de rêve qu'est Duingt. Les habitants sont très aimables et serviables. Le village est parfait pour les enfants, qui peuvent aller seuls à la petite plage au bord du lac. Il n'y a pas de voitures dans le village. Le village lui-même dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin, d'une boulangerie à un supermarché. Le point fort pour nos enfants était la piste de pumptrack du village, à laquelle ils pouvaient aussi se rendre seuls. Les grands supermarchés sont également accessibles rapidement, même à vélo. La piste cyclable de 40 km autour du lac est aussi très recommandée. Nous avons même participé à un tour de montagne du Tour de France, donc même pour les sportifs extrêmes, rien n'est laissé au hasard. Les environs sont sensationnels, on peut partir en très peu de temps pour faire des randonnées (même juste derrière la maison), du vélo, de l'escalade et bien sûr se baigner. Il y a de nombreux prestataires pour le parapente, le canyoning et autres. La maison a beaucoup de charme avec ses vieilles poutres et ses deux superbes terrasses. Elle est très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires et la gérante sont très gentils et prêts à donner des informations. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Ce lieu pittoresque et ce super logement vont beaucoup nous manquer. C'était la première fois que nous venions en France et nous sommes enchantés du pays et de ses habitants. Nous reviendrons certainement. Un grand merci pour tout!

Jederzeit wieder und einfach toll

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub hier verbracht. Auf der wundervollen und großen Terrasse konnten wir viel Zeit draußen genießen. Der Innenbereich ist ansprechend gestaltet und bietet viel Platz, was die Kinder sehr genossen haben. Es hat rundum gepasst. Einfach toll!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La maison est idéalement placée : en moins de 5 min à pied, on trouve un sentier de randonnée, un accès au lac , boulangerie, Spar, la voie verte … Elle est aussi très agréable et fonctionnelle. La terrasse est top ! Les conseils et attentions des propriétaires ont été un vrai plus ! Merci !

Séjour trés agréable

La maison est très spacieuse, très agréable et lumineuse. Très bien équipée, tout est disponible, même pour un bébé, c'est parfait! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Duingt, la proximité des commerces et du lac est vraiment un plus car la voiture n'est pas indispensable tous les jours. Région magnifique que nous explorons un peu plus à chaque séjour sur le lac. Nous recommandons !

Que du bonheur !

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine, tout était parfait : la maison est conviviale et très bien équipée et la situation privilégiée, dans un joli petit village proche d'Annecy. De plus, le beau temps étant de la partie, nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas sur la grande terrasse, que du bonheur. Enfin, nous tenons à remercier particulièrement Rachel et son mari pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Si nous devions revenir dans la région, nous choisirions de nouveau, sans hésiter, votre maison !

Maison au calme bien placée ....

Située dans un petit petit village semi piétons à côté de la route longeant le lac d’Annecy vous serez vraiment au calme, vous pourrez allez chercher votre pain et vos viennoiseries à pieds ou à l’épicerie , prendre votre vélo et arriver en 1 mn sur la piste cyclable qui va sur Annecy et Ugine, aller au lac à pied même avec des enfants en bas âge en 5 mn chrono, elle est vraiment très bien placée cette maison spacieuse avec 2 chambres indépendantes et ses 2 belles terrasses, rien ne manque elle est équipée comme à la maison. Vous êtes à côté de Annecy, Alberville, enfin pour visiter la haute Savoie et la Savoie c’est idéal. Merci encore pour le petit service de parking pour ma remorque qui nous a permis de prendre nos 6 vélos. Petit bémol pour les anxieux qui après réflexion n’en n’est pas un, la voiture est garée à côté de l’église sur un parking public placé à 2 mn à pied de la maison ou je n’ai eu aucun problème Puisque beaucoup de gens font comme cela. Voilà un séjour positif dans cette location de vacances. Merci et à bientôt sûrement Fred
