About this property

Villa of 200 m2 on ground of 1500 m2 with private swimming pool + integrated paddling pool.
Big living room / stay, 3 rooms, 2 SDB, 3 toilet, 9 sleepings
Ground floor 1st bedroom with double bed and direct access to the swimming pool: 2 nd bedroom (mezzanine double bed + BZ 130)
Floor: bedroom 3 with single bed and sofa bed 2 places (mattress dunlopillo so very comfortable)
Bar area with barbecue, sink and fridge.
Ideal for families with children, trampoline, cabin and swing available.
Possibility to heat the pool in case of bad weather.
Near river (3 kms) and sea (25kms), sports and fun activities (accrobranche, canoe kayak, paddle ...)
The house is located 5 minutes walk from the village center so shops, large area on site.
Sheets and towels provided, beds made on arrival.
Rules of life: leave the kitchens clean and summer clean, remove the sheets from the beds and put them in SDE.

Pool house

Maison tres agréable à vivre Extérieur top pour profiter de la piscine et du soleil (super équipement ) . Balancelle de compétition !! Transats avec matelas ! Intérieur spacieux et moderne Literie confortable dans suite parentale Pool house est un vrai + pour profiter entre amis (frigo , évier , possibilité de brancher cafetière et machine à glaçons ) Espace du haut top pour enfants/ado 2 salles de bains très agréables Panorama tres agréable Ballades sur sentiers accessibles des la sortie de la maison Coopérative proche ;-) « Dommage » : pas d’éclairage dans la piscine (en panne). Etendage rudimentaire , sèche linge peu efficace . Lave vaisselle peu efficace également Barbecue inadapté au nombre de locataires pouvant occuper la maison ( petite taille ) Cependant ne nous a pas empêché passer un super moment ! Bel espace pour les enfants à l’extérieur en plus de la piscine Accueil de la propriétaire très agréable . Disponible pour toute demande anytime ! Endroit idéal pour super séjour entre amis !!
