Absolutely wonderful rental. This property is stacked with everything you need to enjoy a weekend or longer with a large group. Plenty of privacy for couples and families, but lots of common spaces to enjoy time together. The property is gorgeous and private, but close to town and amenities should you need to venture out. The house was so much fun, with all the games, toys and entertainment you could possibly want for all ages. We are already talking about coming back next year and making it an annual friends trip!

Literally just got home and still unpacking but had to post what a great place The Paddle House is for a relaxing time with family and friends. We rented for my daughters 30th birthday this weekend and we had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for the grandkids to run around and adults to socialize but still be able to suprivise the children. The host has everything you would need!Small critique is the dining room lighting was pretty dim for evening meals but no other negatives. I would highly recommend The Paddle House.

This is our 3rd year returning to the property for a family reunion. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities for all ages. Cooking and eating together is easy in the generously supplied kitchen and dining areas. Highly recommend, especially if you like to hike, bike and kayak!

This house was perfect for our larger extended family of 17. The home was fully stocked with so many supplies and amenities for kids of all ages. Host was absolutely wonderful and we would definitely stay again. The location to town and watering holes is perfect and you can’t beat being right on the river. Would highly recommend!

Rented this property for a small class trip and the students and teachers had an amazing time. The house and amenities were spectacular and made the trip so memorable. Very close to Conway NH where the class spent an entire day exploring.

Amanda was great in her quick responses to my questions.This was our fourth visit to the Paddlehouse and we have never been disappointed. The backyard skating rink is a clincher for our family. Its location to Sunday River and the local bowling lanes is also great .

To say The Paddle House is prepared for anything is an understatement. The kitchen was stocked with enough place settings and dishes to handle our group of 11 without an issue. A lot of thought went into the needs and comfort of its guests. I would absolutely book this place again. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Such a beautiful place and the booking was absolutely seamless.
