Located in the Aix countryside, 4 km from Aix en Provence, this beautiful country house of the 18th century will be the ideal place for a stay with family or friends.
The accommodation of 190 m2, comfortable, renovated and fully air-conditioned, offers 4 bedrooms for 8 to 10 people.
You will appreciate the large private swimming pool sheltered from the wind and its sunbathing, the terraces and the large raised ground of which you will have the exclusive use.

The swimming pool is at your disposal from May to September inclusive. It is not heated but easily reaches more than 25 ° C in June if the summer cover is set up at night and in windy weather. You can possibly enjoy it again in October, if you like fresh water (please consult us for the additional cost)

On the ground floor :
- The entrance opens onto a large living room of 50 m2 with fireplace and large bay window with brick partition. You can relax in the 2 contemporary sofas around the coffee table. The living room has a flat screen TV. Board games are at your disposal, as well as a table football.

- The entrance also gives access to the kitchen completely renovated 25 m2, which opens onto a large terrace facing south, shaded, not overlooked. This terrace is equipped with a table to take your meals outside and a garden furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped (oven, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, large capacity refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, food processor, mixer plunging, ...).

- A corridor gives access to 2 bedrooms: the first, with an area of 24 m2, is equipped with a TV and opens onto the terrace; the second bedroom, with a surface of 13 m2 also has a walk-in access.

- Overlooking the same corridor, two renovated bathrooms offer great comfort: the smallest (3 m2) is equipped with a walk-in shower and a single basin; the largest (6 m2) has a beautiful bath, a double vanity, a toilet and a washing machine.

- a separate WC completes this ground floor.

Upstairs :
The large landing gives access to 2 bedrooms (14 and 11 m2), each equipped with a bathroom with bathtub.

A separate toilet overlooks the landing.

All rooms can be equipped with either a king-size bed or 2 single beds. The bedding is new.
