Beautiful holiday home in Loix

This recent architect's house is very pleasant to live in, its decoration is refined and its equipment comfortable (equipped kitchen, new bedding). It has 4 bedrooms and a large and very bright living room.

On one level, it is surrounded by a sunny and enclosed garden of more than 350m² with terraces, outdoor awning and patio.
The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, at the foot of the vineyards and 5 minutes by bike from the beach and the centre of the village.

Bed linen and towels not provided, rental possible on request. Mandatory cleaning fee included in the price.

The accommodation

The house has 2 separate sleeping areas and an independent bedroom. The heated awning is ideal for outdoor dining.
In the garden, storage for bicycles, garden furniture, barbecue.

Interaction with travellers
Our concierge service will be present for the handover of the keys and the inventory of fixtures at the beginning and end of the stay and available if necessary for the duration of the stay.

Transport
On site, you can forget your car and get around on foot or by bike. The centre of the village with its market and shops is 5 minutes away. The village of Loix is ideally located in the middle of the island, you can take advantage of the many cycle paths to discover the other villages and the many beaches.
