Alerio condominium in Miramar Beach, is located directly across the street from the sandy white beach. With on-site amenities that include gated entry, a sparkling blue swimming pool and hot tub, a grill area, the entire family will enjoy a memorable beach vacation! Wide paved sidewalks provide an easy walkway to the beach access just across the street. The area's best boutique and outlet shopping is just around the corner along with a wide variety of restaurants and eateries. Boating, fishing, water parks, golfing, night life and entertainment are all nearby.

Enjoy gulf views from the balcony! “Fresh and comfortable” describes this beautifully furnished Alerio condo with hardwood floors and trendy decor. The living area offers plenty of cushy seating for everyone, a 65" smart TV, and access to the balcony and outdoor seating. The gourmet kitchen is complete with Amana stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for everyone. This includes a 5.8 QT air fryer, Keurig coffee machine, milk frother, and 6 QT Instapot. There is seating at the dining table for six, and additional barstool seating.

The master suite offers a king bed, generous closet space, and leads to the master bath which is nicely appointed with a double sink granite vanity, soaking tub, and separate tiled shower. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional guest bunk room with 2 full beds. Each bedroom is outfitted with an HDTV and a DVD player. The second bathroom is conveniently located and offers a bathtub/shower combination. For your convenience there is a stackable washer/dryer, and wifi is complimentary. There is also beach service that includes two chairs and an umbrella with D302!

*There is only ONE parking pass allowed per unit - complex management rules, no exceptions. Close-by, off-site pay to park is available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 mile). Guests will need to contact GRVP for their availability and pricing.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

The property is beautiful. The beach access is right across the street. The pool is a good size and the hot tub is great. This is in a perfect location with great beach access and close to restaurants and activities for the family.

Comfy, clean and roomy, close to beaches & walking to small shopping areas. Be prepared to drive to restaurants, grocery stores. Didn’t feel it was stocked enough for people flying in. ex: spices, salt/pepper, cooking spray, bath/beach towels, garbage bags, soap, tissues etc 2 out of 3 bedrooms could use more storage for clothes. Be aware: could have noisy upstairs neighbors 🙂 Other than that loved the area, beautiful water - beautiful beaches! Great beach bar a little down the road!

The property and location was great. The one problem was you could hear the neighbors above. Walking, kids running until 2-3 in the morning and could hear some of their conversations which kept use awake. The floors were pretty but maybe some kind of sound barrier would help

The condo was very clean and modern. The only issue I had was parking. There was another vehicle parked in my parking for the 2 days in a row. After addressing the issue with the security on duty, his solution was for us to park in another unit's parking. He also told me to call the towing company if I wanted to. The parking policy was definitely not strictly enforced as stated.

There is only 1 parking space for 8 grown guest with vehicles and they make u park around the corner at Geronimo RV park for 25 cash daily or 30 credit. The furniture was horrendous and the sheets were poorly washed and leaked of **** stains. Will be calling VRBO about this. I took plenty of pictures. Also 4 wash clothes n 4 rags for 8 human beings to bathe. 1 trash bag.

I liked the condo I stayed at but I didn’t like the fact that when we arrived we couldn’t check in a bit early. I have been to other condos and the owners were more than happy to let us check in a bit early. I called two different times and all they kept saying was we will call when it’s ready and I felt like I was getting the run around If it wasn’t ok just tell me you can’t check in until your time. The pool was very small and there was no parking for a second vehicle so we had to pay 50 a week to park the other vehicle about twi blocks away which was a hassle. We will definetly be vacationing in this area again!!

Not worth it

Pros: close walk to beach and shopping Cons: You can hear every foot step from the unit above. Literally sounded like horses running non stop. More towels are needed in the master bedroom. Only 3 large bath towels, 2 hand towels and 3 wash cloths. We had to wash towels just to have more everyday. The unit does not have a single full length mirror. That would have been nice to have. Also, there are no hooks in master bathroom to hang towels. You also need somewhere close to the shower in master bathroom to place your towels or clothes. There was not anywhere to set those items while you shower. If you needed a place to set something you just had to set it on the bath tub. Finally, the master bath needs a new shower head. The shower head is way too small for the shower. Parking is also an issue that management cannot control. The overall stay was “ok” at best. The garbage disposal had to be replaced, but continues to leak in a bowl under the kitchen sink. We have stayed at the Alerio the last three years and this was by far the worse condo we have stayed at.

Keep looking trust me!!

We have been going to Destin for the last 8 years. This stay was the worse by far. The unit was not cleaned to a satisfactory condition. The showers and tubs had mold in them had to completely change the shower curtains to help with some of the smell. The toilets had no water pressure and would not flush. The floor was never mopped and left all our socks black. I have no way to describe the furniture. The couches had no firmness and could feel the springs from wear and tear. But the biggest complaint is that you can really tell the units are not serviced and well taken care of by the property manager. If I was the owner of this unit, I would be pissed on how the booking agents handle my property. I will say this the location and the commute to the beach is great. The pool is way to small for this many units. You can really only have 20 people in pool at a time. You have assigned parking. If you care about your vehicle, you can not move to another space to protect it. The parking spaces are tight. Also we saw the security parking attendant leaning and lying on the vehicles paint to inspect parking passes every 4 hrs. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything next door. Like I said in my title, Keep Looking. Destin is a great place to vacation, just not at this location.

Upon arrival the condo was clean with the exception of some spilt powder detergent and underwear between the dryer and the wall. My biggest complaint was no hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels or swimsuits. The pool is very small so if you want pool time, I would go elsewhere. The complimentary beach chair service was very nice!

Great location. Beautiful condo. But Parking for 1 car for 3 bedrooms is super hard. We paid an additional $210 per car ($420 total) and had to shuffle around anytime going anywhere.

This unit is a very nice unit with updated decor. Upon arrival, the cleaning crew was departing the condo. The unit was overall clean, but the floors appeared to not have been swept or mopped. The unit did not even smell as though it had been thoroughly cleaned. Should our stay have been longer than 2 nights, I would have definitely reported it for someone to come back. Also, the Allerio only allows for one parking tag per unit and this is strictly enforced. Our family had a total of 3 vehicles and therefore had to park 2 vehicles at the recommended Geronimo RV park. the instructions that were sent stated $15/night and upon arrival we were notified that the new pricing information was 25/night and had been sent to the rental companies. we paid an additional $100 for parking for 2 nights. I did notify Beach Blue properties and the website was immediately updated. Also, if you are looking for a resort with a pool area that your family will spend alot of time at, then I would not recommend the Allerio.
