The village of Lumio dominates the whole bay of Calvi, its peculiarity lies in the fact that its center is made up of pedestrian paths and that the road goes around the village passing through the square which is the meeting place of all its inhabitants. The nearby Sant’Ambroggio marina is a tourist complex comprising a marina, a harbor master's office, a Club Med. Lumio occupies the most remarkable part of the Balagne coast, it is under marine influence, Mediterranean climate. At the northern exit of the village take the D71, known as the "Balagne Corniche Road" which serves 12 "balcony villages" to Belgodère

Des vacances hors du temps

Un appartement idéalement placé au cœur du village de Lumio. Appartement climatisé sur 3 étages avec une vue à couper le souffle. Un village très agréable, le charme des villages corse! Toutes les magnifiques plages sont à proximité, en voiture. Profitez de la tranquillité de Lumio et de la gentillesse et l accueil de ses habitants! Patricia est très réactive et Gilles qui nous a remis les clefs est à l écoute. Je recommande.

Merci pour ce bon séjour dans cette maison de village extrêmement bien équipée. Dotée de deux balcons et d’une terrasse sur le toit. La vue est splendide. La maison est très bien placée dans ce village ravissant qu’est Lumio. A 10 minutes de tout. La communication est fluide et rapide avec la propriétaire. A bientôt en Balagne.

Belles vacances

Logement idéalement placé avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. La vue est incroyable.... La propriétaire est très bienveillante et le gérant très sympathique. Malgré les intempéries nous garderons un très bon souvenir.

Rustikale Unterkundt im Dorfkern

Die Unterkunft befindet sich zentral im Dorf. Die Zimmer verteilen sich auf 3 Stockwerke. Unten Wohnzimmer und Küche, dann auf der 1. Etage ein halboffenes Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und unter dem Dach nochmals 5 Schlafgelegenheiten in einem Raum. Über einen separaten Zugang gelangt man zur Dachterasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Für uns war die Unterkunft zweckmäßig und gut gelegen für zahlreiche Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Pfannen und Besteck dürften erneuert werden. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon aus über Lumio und Calvi. Morgens pünktlich um 8.00 Uhr wurden wir vom benachbarten Kirchturm geweckt. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt in Lumio gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Leider hat es am Schluss ein blödes Missverständnis bzgl. Abschlussreinigung mit dem Verwalter gegeben. Die Reinigung ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen, daher genügend Zeit für die Reinigung einplanen, damit man die Fähre nicht verpasst.

Un bon séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans la maison de Patricia et dans le charmant village de Lumio. La maison est parfaitement équipée pour passer un bon séjour. Les vues sont magnifiques. Le seul bémol est qu'il n'y ait pas 3 véritables.chambres.

je vais tacher d expliquer plus précisément la disposition du dernier étage , nous allons ajouter 1 douche à la place de l évier de l entrée et mettre 1 nouveau salon .

Ottima soluzione per la nostra vacanza

La casa si trova nel centro storico di Lumio, in posizione panoramica. Non ha un arredamento recente ma tutto è molto curato ed è attrezzata di qualsiasi comfort. Al primo piano c'è la cucina, la lavanderia dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice ed un piccolo bagno. Nei due piani superiori le camere ed un bagno più grande. Le uniche note negative sono la presenza di una sola doccia (quando ci si deve lavare in 7 persone può essere un problema) ed il fatto che la casa si trova nel centro storico. Questo da una parte è bello , ma per raggiungere la casa è necessario lasciare la macchina in strada e fare un gradinata a piedi, faticosa se si è carichi di bagagli.
