Un petit coin de paradis !

Dès l'entrée dans la maison, nous avons été happé par la vue sur la Rade de Brest ! Un petit coin de paradis incroyable ! Calme, apaisant, synonyme de farniente ou pas !!! La localisation de la maison est parfaite pour visiter les alentours et faire de belles et surprenantes découvertes. Le beau temps (oui 30°), nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse et du jardin fleuri. Bravo pour la décoration de la maison, cette impression de dedans dehors est magique ! Merci à Marie et Claude pour leur accueil.

Décevant

Très belle vue et beaux extérieurs. Toutefois, la maison a un gros défaut, une seule toilette sans fenêtre, mal placée, entre le salon et la cuisine. La maison est prévue pour 8, nous étions 6, et c'était déjà une situation très désagréable. Cela était d'autant plus pénible en sachant qu'il y a une seconds toilette mais non fonctionnelle. Un autre point non mentionné dans l'annonce, mais fort désagréable : il y a deux chambres en enfilade, nécessitant d'en traverser une pour accéder à la seconde. De plus, une salle de bains se trouve dans cette dernière mais ne possède pas de porte. Là encore, il y avait une autre chambre que l'on ne nous a pas proposée à l'étage. Pour conclure, une location décevante que nous n'aurions pas prise si nous avions su tout cela, surtout à ce prix là.
