SoleMare House, sea view, 1mn walk from the beach

In the beautiful Marine of Sant'Ambroggio, between Calvi and L'Ile Rousse, we will be delighted to welcome you to our house "SoleMare" (Sun and Sea in Corsica!). Ideal for holidays with family or friends up to 6 people, our house of about 50m2 consists of a living room with a kitchen and a lounge / dining room overlooking a covered terrace with views of the sea. the sea, a garden, 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom and separate WC.

> Housing:

In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook the local specialties: large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric oven, electric kettle, crockery, basic grocery (and household products).

In the living room :
- a double sofa bed
- 1 TV connected to TNT
- a powerful Bluetooth speaker

In the 1st bedroom "A Muredda" (the flower Immortelle in Corsican):
- 2 single beds 90x190
- 1 large closet

In the 2nd bedroom "U Spanu" (The tip of Spanu is a protected natural site 5 minutes drive from the house):
- 1 double bed 140x190
- 1 large closet
- 1 chiffonnier

In the 2 bedrooms, a large silent ceiling fan will allow you to spend cool nights in the summer.
Bedding, pillows and duvets are new (April 2019)
Note: sheets and towels are not included in the rental. You can easily rent them a few kilometers from the Navy (look for "rental Algajola linen" in Google) and you will avoid cluttering!

In the bathroom :
- 1 bath
- 1 washing machine
- the hot water is produced in real time by a gas boiler

We provide you with an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and a first aid kit.

Outside, our house SoleMare has:
- mountain side: a small terrace where you can have breakfast for two in the morning sun,
- sea side: a covered terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, the beach and the port where you can enjoy your meals on the large table and a nice garden with a 2nd terrace discovered where you can sunbathe / you rest in peace.

For rentals for the months of July and August, the minimum stay is 7 nights from Saturday, June 29, 2019 until Saturday, August 31, 2019. The day of arrival and departure is Saturday.
For the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 3 nights, with no restrictions on the day of arrival or departure.
