CAMBO, C155: One-bedroom apartment (T1 bis), comfortable ground-floor apartment in a residence with a swimming pool*. It includes one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a living/dining room opening onto a terrace with a small private garden, a well-equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer), a shower room with toilet and washing machine, and a private covered parking space. *Swimming pool open in July and August only. All decisions regarding the opening or closing of the pool are made solely by the condominium association. Therefore, no discount will be given if the pool is closed to the public. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible. Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency). The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is taken upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have overlooked. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning for a one-bedroom apartment: €44.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels: €8.
