In a 5000m² property we have a main house and a small annex of 50m² with 2 bedrooms, one with terrace, facing south, sea view, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 kitchenette and a living room
A terrace in front of the house, the swimming pool is 2 taller terraces, sheltered from view in the middle of nature this one is not heated
In the garden you will find a trampoline, a swing, a ping-pong table, at your disposal badminton and pétanques. A tennis club is located 200 meters from the house (4 hard courts) courses and courses possible, info on request, 2 hiking trails at the bottom of the property. GR4 & GR51

great place to go hiking and visit area of Grasse

cute and cozy little place, great views and beautiful surroundings. Very friendly host and great for nature lovers. since one can start hiking w/out directly from the house

Beautiful place in the mountains of Grasse

We had a very nice vacation here! The house was good and the beds were also comfortable. Just a remark for us was that a shower bar in the bathtub would be more comfortable but we mentioned this to the owners, which they agreed to that this would be a good idea to install so hopefully they change that before doing some renovations to the bathroom. Sophie and Philippe were very friendly hosts and really respect your privacy during your stay. Furthermore, Sophie was always available when you had questions or wanted some extra information, which we really appreciated! A little remark for families with young children is that there are different levels that you need to go up to from the house to the swimming pool and with small children that can be dangerous. However, this house is ideal when you want to just relax with your family or explore the Côte d'Azur (which we did). We had a great time in Grasse!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Grasse

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan, sie sind sehr unaufdringlich und freundlich. Den Pool hat man für sich alleine, was auch sehr angenehm ist. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und alles war sehr sauber. Einziger Minuspunkt, uns hat eine Überdachung der Terrasse gefehlt, da es sehr heiß war und wir uns ein wenig mehr Schatten gewünscht hätten. Beziehungsweise eine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen wenn es regnet.

Séjour très agréable, nous reviendrons sans doute

Petite maison très agréable, située dans un cadre exceptionnel (pleine nature à proximité immédiate de Grasse), propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques, nous avons été enchantés de notre (trop court) séjour. Parfait pour découvrir les magnifiques villages environnants et jusqu'à ceux de l'arrière-pays niçois.

Un cadre idyllique !

Une propriété dans un cadre exceptionnel. La nature est reine autour de la charmante maison de Sophie et la vue porte bien loin sur la Méditerranée et les îles de Lérins. La piscine est un plus indéniable et un lieu charmant environné de végétation. La maison est décorée avec goût et offre le nécessaire. Un très bel endroit !

Calme et nature

Quel beau séjour nous avons passé chez Sophie et Philippe. Leur propriété est superbement placée, à l’entrée de Grasse, mais au calme au milieu des oliviers et des lucioles le soir. Nos deux filles de 3 et 10 ans pouvaient jouer et profiter de l’extérieur, y compris la piscine. La gentillesse de nos hôtes nous a été précieuse, notamment pour les bons tuyaux de promenades locales.

Très bon séjour

Tout était parfait, la maison est agréable et propre, il ne manque rien. Une belle propriété avec vue sur la mer... Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants, ils sont discrets et nous laissent l'exclusivité de l'usage de leur piscine ce qui est très appréciable. Une bonne adresse pour visiter la région.
