About this property

In the heart of the island of Noirmoutier, La Guérinière, pretty holiday home 200 meters from the beach with private access. Access shops 1500 meters, quiet and secure environment.

A big living room stay of 40m ² giving on the terrace, a first room with double bed giving on the terrace and a second room with two double beds, of which one in mezzanine. New fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom redone with washing machine. Garden exposed West of 200 m ² without person opposite, terrace with living room of garden, chiliennes and barbecue at disposal.

Maison très agréable, très bien équipée et idéalement située

Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos 3 enfants. La maison est parfaite et est située à 2 pas de la plage. Nous gardons de super souvenirs.

Bon séjour avec quelques réserves

Bon séjour mais un problème à l'arrivée avec l'une des couettes des deux lits une place qui était tâchée de sang et qu'il n'a pas été possible de changer malgré notre demande. Des précisions devraient par ailleurs être apportées sur la gestion des ordures ménagères. Il est possible que celles-ci figuraient dans le livre des instructions qui nous a été remis à l'arrivée mais nous ne les avons pas vues et avons dû transporter les sacs poubelle dans notre voiture pour les jeter dans le conteneur du village voisin... pas très "glamour" comme fin de séjour...

Séjour en famille...

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement. Spacieux, au calme, avec une belle terrasse et très proche de la plage pour se balader ou pour des activités à l'école Hissez Haut à 3km par exemple. Pour la baignade, nous avons préféré les plages de la ville de Noirmoutiers.
