Maison ancienne meublée comme une maison de famille. Si l’on aime les locations aseptisées, labellisées, normées il ne faut pas choisir cette location.On y dort très bien. L’emplacement est superbe, dans le site réservé du bois de la Chaize proche de la plage des Dames.Le plus important, quelques jours heureux passés entre amis.

Lumineuse et bien équipée (cuisine surtout)... mais malheureusement victime de son inoccupation et d une humidité qui détériore mobilier, placard, murs. Un très bon moment en famille grâce à une maison spacieuse, très bien équipée dans un endroit très central. Nous nous sommes déplacés à pied tout le WE pour aller en bord de mer, au cœur de ville ou encore faire un laser game !

Très surpris de l'état de la maison. Mal informés pour les couchages, il est noté 12 couchages, nous etions 7, fallait pas plus de 8 personnes pour pouvoir manger tous dans la cusine !
Maison humide et les fissuresde la.maison font peur😱. Couchage a revoir dans la "dependance".
Heureusement que nous avons eu un super temps ce qui nous a permis d'être dehors et profiter de l'île !

Bonjour,
Nous tenions à vous remercier de votre retour qui nous pousse à nous améliorer. Votre expérience n'était peut-être pas celle que vous souhaitiez, nous le déplorons. Par conséquent, pour apporter quelques réponses à vos remarques, 12 couchages n'est pas la bonne jauge, nous voyons avec Abritel (l'erreur semble venir du site) pour modifier cette donnée car nous avons toujours loué pour 8 qui est la vraie jauge, 12 étant uniquement de l'appoint (2 BZ d'appoint comme indiqué dans l'annonce) depuis 2020 que nous louons. Cette maison familiale a 70 ans, les travaux de rénovation sont en cours, certains finis (cuisine, salles de bains...) d'autres seront réglés cet hiver la fissure en tête. Pour l'humidité, nous sommes en bord de mer donc l'atmosphère est souvent humide de fait. Le nouveau système de chauffage qui vient d'être installé permettra de régler ce problème. Enfin les couchages dans la dépendance vont être changés cette saison pour apporter un confort optimal aux locataires.
