Le logement est TOP, le terrain est trÚs bien clÎturé adapté pour les deux chiens et l abris pour les enfants sont trÚs génial, la balade de mer n est pas loin, le barbecue parfait et le feu de camp pour les bananes chocolat et les chamallows !!!

Perfekte Lage - riesen GrundstĂŒck

2 Wochen haben wir gebucht und jeden Tag sehr genossen. Wenige min.zu den DĂŒnen und Strand. Das Haus ist komfortabel, schönes Bad, gerĂ€umige KĂŒche - alles da! Der Garten riesig, fĂŒr unsere 2 Hunde perfekt. Das Wetter war nur schön, so vermissten wir draußen fĂŒr die etwas wackeligen GartenstĂŒhle Auflagen. 4 gute LiegestĂŒhle sind aber vorhanden. Wir möchten sehr gerne wiederkommen und können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen!

Maison parfaitement conforme à la description TrÚs belle maison située dans un environnement calme et à 2 pas de la mer. TrÚs beau jardin clÎturé et idéal pour 1 chien. Seul bémol le stationnement du véhicule si vous possédez comme moi un véhicule long mais cela est spécifié dans l'annonce.

Die Lage direkt hinter den DĂŒnen ist perfekt! Die KĂŒche war gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem (franz. GrĂ¶ĂŸe), das Bad super. Der Garten ist riesig, komplett eingezĂ€unt. Die RĂ€der sind deutlich Ă€lter als auf dem Foto, aber fĂŒr den Weg zum Supermarkt ging es. Der Fernbus aus Nantes und der Gratis-Inselbus haben uns auch ohne Auto ĂŒberall hingebracht -- wichtig war sowieso v.a. der Weg zum Strand: zu Fuß in 2 Minuten. BettwĂ€sche war auf Wunsch zu mieten.

Bel emplacement à deux pas de la dune et trois de la mer. Correspond à nos attentes Maison calme, agréable, terrain vraiment fermé donc pas de souci pour les enfants et le chien Du matériel à disposition (vélos, transats, barbecue...) La propriétaire a toujours répondu rapidement à nos rares questions.

Wonderful

A lovely property, very well equipped in a superb location.. Comfortable bed & furnishings, very nice kitchen, huge natural garden in a quiet residential area. 400 mitre walk through the pine woods to a splendid safe beach used by few people......and dog friendly. The sea was warm. Noirmoutier is an unspoilt lovely island, good for cycling. Barbatre has everything you need & is 15 minute walk away. We didn't meet our host but she was very helpful on the telephone when we had a query. The sheets were disposable ones....which is often the case now in France & OK for a couple of nights but we brought our own. Also, it would have been nice to have an information sheet saying how the TV worked & a list off useful places...doctors, pharmacy, vet & rubbish collection day. etc. Otherwise we can't fault our stay.

TrÚs agréable séjour. Mais 3 jours aprÚs notre retour la propriétaire nous téléphone pour des taches sur un mur, surpris car aucun état des lieux n'a été fait à l'arrivée et bien que nous avons relevé quelques éléments non satisfaisant dans la location à notre arrivée, nous avons fait confiance. La prochaine location se sera photos de toute la maison et envoie directement à l'interlocuteur dÚs l'arrivée. Bref le séjour trÚs bien à Barbùtre d'ailleurs nous y revenons dans 5 mois mais avons choisi un autre prestataire. Restons trÚs blessés par l'appel téléphonique et les soupçons émis ce qui a gùché les bienfaits de ces vacances. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des taches mentionnées par la propriétaire.

Das Haus ist sehr schön an den DĂŒnen gelegen und hat einen riesigen Garten zum entspannen. Zum BĂ€cker sind es mit dem Fahrrad lediglich 5 Minuten.
