Wonderful

A lovely property, very well equipped in a superb location.. Comfortable bed & furnishings, very nice kitchen, huge natural garden in a quiet residential area. 400 mitre walk through the pine woods to a splendid safe beach used by few people......and dog friendly. The sea was warm. Noirmoutier is an unspoilt lovely island, good for cycling. Barbatre has everything you need & is 15 minute walk away. We didn't meet our host but she was very helpful on the telephone when we had a query. The sheets were disposable ones....which is often the case now in France & OK for a couple of nights but we brought our own. Also, it would have been nice to have an information sheet saying how the TV worked & a list off useful places...doctors, pharmacy, vet & rubbish collection day. etc. Otherwise we can't fault our stay.

Merci pour toutes ces remarques! Oui en effet, j'ai mis en place des alèses jetables en plus des alèses lavables pour une hygiène vraiment impeccable et ce n'est pas facile à mettre en place. Par contre le linge n'est pas fourni comme dit dans l'annonce. Et en plus, je n'ai pas remis le livret d'accueil pour la mise à jour des collectes et des infos et j'en suis désolée ... Heureusement que nous avons pu échanger ! Merci pour votre séjour! 😊

Le logement est TOP, le terrain est très bien clôturé adapté pour les deux chiens et l abris pour les enfants sont très génial, la balade de mer n est pas loin, le barbecue parfait et le feu de camp pour les bananes chocolat et les chamallows !!!

Perfekte Lage - riesen Grundstück

2 Wochen haben wir gebucht und jeden Tag sehr genossen. Wenige min.zu den Dünen und Strand. Das Haus ist komfortabel, schönes Bad, geräumige Küche - alles da! Der Garten riesig, für unsere 2 Hunde perfekt. Das Wetter war nur schön, so vermissten wir draußen für die etwas wackeligen Gartenstühle Auflagen. 4 gute Liegestühle sind aber vorhanden. Wir möchten sehr gerne wiederkommen und können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen!

Maison parfaitement conforme à la description Très belle maison située dans un environnement calme et à 2 pas de la mer. Très beau jardin clôturé et idéal pour 1 chien. Seul bémol le stationnement du véhicule si vous possédez comme moi un véhicule long mais cela est spécifié dans l'annonce.

Die Lage direkt hinter den Dünen ist perfekt! Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem (franz. Größe), das Bad super. Der Garten ist riesig, komplett eingezäunt. Die Räder sind deutlich älter als auf dem Foto, aber für den Weg zum Supermarkt ging es. Der Fernbus aus Nantes und der Gratis-Inselbus haben uns auch ohne Auto überall hingebracht -- wichtig war sowieso v.a. der Weg zum Strand: zu Fuß in 2 Minuten. Bettwäsche war auf Wunsch zu mieten.

Bel emplacement à deux pas de la dune et trois de la mer. Correspond à nos attentes Maison calme, agréable, terrain vraiment fermé donc pas de souci pour les enfants et le chien Du matériel à disposition (vélos, transats, barbecue...) La propriétaire a toujours répondu rapidement à nos rares questions.

Très agréable séjour. Mais 3 jours après notre retour la propriétaire nous téléphone pour des taches sur un mur, surpris car aucun état des lieux n'a été fait à l'arrivée et bien que nous avons relevé quelques éléments non satisfaisant dans la location à notre arrivée, nous avons fait confiance. La prochaine location se sera photos de toute la maison et envoie directement à l'interlocuteur dès l'arrivée. Bref le séjour très bien à Barbâtre d'ailleurs nous y revenons dans 5 mois mais avons choisi un autre prestataire. Restons très blessés par l'appel téléphonique et les soupçons émis ce qui a gâché les bienfaits de ces vacances. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des taches mentionnées par la propriétaire.

Madame, je suis navrée que des éléments aient pu vous déplaire pendant votre séjour chez nous (avec les nombreux messages que nous nous sommes adressés, nous aurions pu en parler avant ce commentaire désobligeant). M'occupant personnellement du ménage avant et après votre location, il m'a semblé normal de vous contacter pour éclaircir le sujet de ces tâches et non pas garder simplement la caution. Si soupçons il y a eu, ce n'est en aucun cas des accusations et il me semble aussi que vous avez intégralement récupéré votre caution. Je m'excuse encore une fois pour le traumatisme subi et vous souhaite un prompt rétablissement.

schönes Haus an den Dünen

Das Haus ist sehr schön an den Dünen gelegen und hat einen riesigen Garten zum entspannen. Zum Bäcker sind es mit dem Fahrrad lediglich 5 Minuten.
